A Run Start Of The Week

Actually I Felt A Lil Bit Sleepy This Morning.. Mind You I Woke At Ard 5:30 Am This Morning.. Didnt Get A Good Sleep Either Been Tossing Left And Right And Frequently Waking Up And Its Been Happening For 3 Night Straight.. Wonder Why.. So Now Im Having That After Effect.. Actually Malas Rasanya Kan Jog Pagi Ani Pasalnya Pacah Tia Routine Ku.. Plus I Like To Have That Extra Hour Of Sleep On Monday But Since The Jirul And Saiful Majal Nyuruh Membawa Morning Run On Monday Ikut Saja Tah.. Hence I Decided To Have An Early Morning Fartlek Around My Usual Route Di Stadium.. And For Ptg Karang I Havent Made Up My Mind On What To Do Actually Either To Go For Another Fartlek Session Or Have An Easy Slow Run Saja.. See How My Day Goes Actually.. My Right Thigh Is Kinda Sore After Yesterday Outing At Tasek Lama.. Macam Biasa Lah Ke Sarang Helang.. Was Trying To Make A Hike Up And Down Not That Kind Of First Experience And A View Of The Trail On To Sarang Helang And Buluh Area Tapinya My Hp Camera Berulah.. So Im Gonna Do This Again Next Week.. Probably A Little Bit Earlier.. Bear In Mind By The Time Ive Arrived Di Kereta Its Already Panas And One Thing Lagi.. Masa Aku Sampai Atu Bleh Dikatakan Masa Yang Bleh Membuatkan Aku Nda Ampit Roti Kacang Hitam Di Jing Chew.. Mana Bleh Tu Kesalahan Bah Tu Hehehehehe.. As I Was Saying.. Im Gonna Re-do This Again This Coming Sunday And By This Time Jua Ada Kawan Ku Ikut Tu.. So Bleh Lah Ya Jadi Model Ku Hahaahahahahahahaha.. Man Im Hungry Right Now Si Jirul Lagi Nyabut Jing Chew Tadi After Jogging.. Aduiii I Am In Serious Need Of Carbo Boost Right Now.. Lapar Ku..!!!
