Yesterday's Route And Today's Plan

Thats My Route For Yesterday's Jog Session.. Its Not That Far Actually.. Was Accompanying My Officemate Kathy And She Was Dead Tired By The Time We Reached The Finishing Point.. And If You Click On The Map You Could Barely See.. That There Are On Certain Point Which I Passed By Twice.. Reason? While On The Early Part Of The Jog Kathy Was Kinda In Need Of Using The Toilet.. So I Told Her Go On And Stop By At D'Anggrek Service Apartment While Kediaku Just Sambung Saja My Jog Then Patah Balik To Pick Her Up And Continue With Our Jog.. But Somehow I Feel Really Really Good.. Muscle Was All Fine I Just Quicken My Pace.. Then Masuk Simpang Jalan In Between Tennis And Indoor.. Make A U Turn Berbalik Semula Ke Simpang Asal.. Look Left And Right Didnt Seen Her At All.. Might As Well I Just Continue.. Sambung Buka Langkah Then Kejumpaan Kimon Just Infront Of Indoor Stadium Patah Balik Menuju Ke Round About And Straight Ahead Menuju Ke D'Anggrek Of Which Kejumpaan Kathy Then Sambung Balik Do A U-Turn Mendgni Kedia.. Bear In Mind Pusing2 Lah Ku Kemarin Atu And To Be Honest I Really Am Enjoying Myself Kemarin.. And Happy For Kathy As Well Since It Was Over A Month Since The Last Time She Went For A Jog.. That Lass Got Grit And Knows How To Push Herself.. Good On Her.. Chaiyo!

Monday Report..

My Body Is A Work But To Be Honest My Head Was Elsewhere.. And Im Not Lying At All Seems Like I Felt Very Tired Today.. But In All Honesty I Do Expect This Tho Especially The Lack Of Sleep Im Having Bear In Mind Only Had A Total Of 8 Hours Of Sleep Prior And Thru Out The Weekend.. Not That Im Complaining One Bit But I Would Like To Remind Everyone Our Body Is So Not Like A Machine Where You Can Always Press The Reset Button Or Click It To Default Then Everything Will Be Back As Normal.. It Doesnt Work That Way.. We Need To Manage It Well.. Good Rest And Having Good Nutrient Is Vital Of Which Im Denying Myself Both.. My Left Shoulder Is Still Being A Bitch.. Its Really Is Becoming An Annoyance.. It Starts To Hurt More Frequently.. Sometime It Feel Numb Maybe I Need A Good Massage And I Knw I Have Muscle Problem Or Else It Wont Go Hurting For This Long.. If It Continue Like This I Might Just Go For A Check If I Am That Bothered That Is.. So What Else There Is For Me To Share..? Not Feeling Lucky With Football 2 Of My Favourite Team Came Crashing Out Of The World Cup At Least South Korea Can Held Their Head High With Dignity.. But England? But Indeed I Need Well Over 2 Hours.. When I Woke Up It Was Well Over 7 Am.. Feeling Disgusted (Me Telling A Lie Here =p) Freshen Myself And Start Cleaning Jassie.. A Good Clean Indeed Ending Up Giving Her A Quick Wax But Sadly Enough It Rains Later On The In The Evening.. Hmmmm Menyampah Lah.. Hehehehe.. I Read Somewhere That If Ur Really Wanna Lose The Belly Quick.. You Only Had To Take A Maximum Of 2000 Calories And Really Have To Be Commited About It.. Do I? Well Ive Been Strictly Guiding Myself With Proper Meal Management.. But Since Saturday And Yesterday A Combination Of Big Mac And Ayam Penyet Just Screw Me Badly.. Huh So Today Monday I Just Need To Re-Strength My Iman Supaya Nda Tergoda Dgn Memakan Barang2 Yang Sangat Nyaman Ani.. Adang Eh Adang!!!! Ive Been Reading Through All Running Bloggers Blog.. So The Latest Hottest Topic Is Yesterday's KL Marathon And Reading Through The Pages It Gaves Me Such A Jealous Feeling That There Have Achieved A Full Marathon Albeit Some Of Them Taken 7 Hrs To Finish It.. And With Fellow Friends Waiting And Cheering And Congratulating Them On The Finishing Line.. For Those Haters And Ignorant Soul They Might Not Understand How Significant It Is For You To Finish A Run.. Yeah It Might Not Enter The News It Will Eventually To Fall On Deaf Ears And Empty Faces To Some But For Those Who Understand It Too Well.. Its Really Is An Achievement.. Wont Matter If Ur Running For 10 Mins Or 7 Hours.. The Journey That You Took From That First Step Til The Moment You Hold Ur Wrist Watch And Stop Counting The Clock Was Truly Amazing.. It Just Goes Beyond Your Mind That You Just Got Through And Break The Pain Barrier.. Your Knees Feels Like Its Gonna Shattered.. Your Back Well At Times You Just Cant Feel Them.. The Hot Morning Sun Baking Your Head And Neck.. And Ur Mind Just Keep On Over And Over And Over To Tell You To Quit.. But You Choose To Continue.. You Grind.. You Whined.. You Wailed.. You Shout.. You Bite Your Lips.. You Cringed Your Eyes.. You Huff And You Puff.. While Your Pace Is Getting Slower But Then You Turn Up The Volume Of Your Mp3 Player Hoping Ur Favourite Track Will Give You A Second Wind.. You Talk To Yourself Telling Yourself You Can Do This.. And Before You Knew It.. You Start Running Freely.. That Struggle Look On Ur Face Turned To A Small Smile.. And Your Feet Feels Like The Shackle Has Been Removed.. And Then On The Distance The Image Of The Finishing Line Drew Bigger And Closer At Every Steps That You Take.. And Before You Know It Ur There.. And All Those Painful Steps And Stride You Take Seems Like A Distant Past.. You Feel A Big Sense Of Relief.. You're Giving Your Body A Big Favour.. And Damn Sure You Know That You Just Gave Your Life Another Extra Day Of A Healthy Living In The Future.. In The Past I Used To Look At The Face Of Car Drivers And Think They're All Smiling Coz Im Just A Fatboy Jogging And Will Quit Eventually.. But Nowadays When They Smiled At Me I Just See Them As Feeling Jealous That I Actually Made The Effort And Do Enjoy Myself.. Coz For Those Moment When I Actually Ran.. I Feel The Sense Of Freedom.. I Felt Like The Weight Of Problems And Responsibility Just Left Me.. At Those Moment Im Allowed To Feel Selfish For Myself And At Those Moment My Life Seems To Be In Its Best Moment.. Dari Mana Banar Ah Usin Ku Atu Luahnya.. Maybe The Miri Trip? Maybe Those Eat Out? Maybe Those Constant Night Chilling? And This New Month Pun Going Be A Very Testing One Indeed.. Jassie Need To Be Fix.. Driving License Need To Be Re-New (Lupa Saja Ku 3 Months Udah Matinya Erkkk..).. Its Gonna Be Heavy.. Very Heavy Indeed.. Mudahan Jua Selamat Deh Hehehehehe.. I Have Been Doing A Lot Of Thinking Regarding My Fitness Program And I Already Had In Mind A Certain Time Table Of What To Do.. Ive Set Udah My Target For This Coming Standard Chartered Charity Run To At Least Better My Time For 10 Km.. Kira My Short Term Target Lah Tu.. So Iatah I Need To Seriously Think What Kind Of Program To Do.. On What Day Should I Do My Run.. When Should I Do Normal Jog And Distance Jog For My Endurance.. Syukur Alhamdulillah For Two Days Straight Now My Sleep Was A Sound And Dreamless Sleep.. Nganya Terbangun Lah Di Malam Pasal Mau Pipis.. Sampai Nda Sadar Its Already Morning, Waking Up Pun Nda Payah.. Ive Under A Whole Lot Stress And Pressure Lately And Its Seriously Not Good For Your Mind And Heart.. One Of The Reason I Prefer To Stay Lock In My Room or Just Went Out Had A Hot Coffee At Daan.. Even If I Just Have To Sit Down Alone Its Just Alright.. During Those Moment Alone It Gave Me Time To Think And Ponder Along.. "Aalz Is Well.. Aalz Is Well.. Aalz Is Well" Thats The Line From 3 Idiots That I Just Cant Get Enough Of.. Things Will Turn Around For The Better Im Sure About That And Never In Doubt About It.. Probably With Me Joking Around Laughing Out Loud Like A Baboon At Time.. People Might Thought There Is Nothing Bothering My Mind.. But Hey Laughing Is A Great Short Term Healer.. I Was In A Destructive Mode.. My Mum Was Actually Begging And Crying Asking Me To Control My Rage.. Like I Said People Can Say Shit About Me.. Insult Me I Can Always Takes It And Just Swallow It.. And Of Coz Mata Ku Pun Terasa Tarang And Bersih Setelah Menyuci Mata Kemarin Ha Ha Ha.. Finally A Lil But Of Consistency Hope It Will Continue.. Later On That Night Went To Daan Biasaklerrrrrr Mana Lagi Tampat Ku Menghabiskan Waktu Malam Ku.. With Most Of The Lads Are Away.. Haiya Sunyi Hidup Gue.. Funny Innit.. I Skip The Brazil V Cote D'Ivoire Game For Some Much Needed Rest.. And Thank God With The Help Of A Muscle Relaxant Pill Courtesy Of Mr Rascal Falling Asleep Was An Easy Task Last Night.. Right I Set My Alarm To 6:35 Am.. The Alarm Do Work.. But So Does My Reflexion The Second The Alarm Rang So Does My Hand Shutting It Down And Voila Sambung Tido Tau Tau Terbangun Pukul 7:30 Aiseymen Ramli Kau Akhir Bangun Lagi Lah.. I Really Hate Waking Up Late Banartah Bukannya Apa Nda Siuk Bah Kelam Kabut Mandi Atu.. Nda Siuk Makai Baju Keraja Kelam Kabut Atu.. Alright Im Not Boasting But Now Im A Certified Runner Ha! Sekadar.. With No Proper Preparation Well Its Only A 10 Km Jog But Still If Ur An Avid Reader Of My Blog U Might Be Realised Havent Been Logging In Any Run Time.. I Did Go For A Jog But That Was Like Far Between And Wasnt Consistent At All.. Actually I Havent Any Clue Of Today's Event Until Ive Arrived At Morning Yesterday Morning And One Of Our Clerk Inform Me Regarding This Matter.. Apparently A Minute Was Released On Thursday But Since I Was Working In KB *Cough Makan Gaji Buta* I Wasnt Aware Of This.. Baru Ya..! And To Be Honest I Wasnt Really Looking Forward For This Myself As I Was Saying Lack Of Preparation You Found Out Soon Enough Relax Baaa Siuk Ni Aku Bercerita Ni Hehehe.. And I Want To Sleeppppp.. I Want To Wake Up Late.. I Wanna Make Taie Gigi Tabal2.. And Taie Mata Rakat2 (Jantah Emo Nah..!).. You Know With All This World Cup Live Match Telecast Going On I Only Had Like An Average 4 Hours Of Sleep.. Gila Jua Tu.. Tinggi Jua Blood Pressure Ku Tu.. Lawa Jua Mata Ku Tu Cam Panda.. Or Macam Eye Liner Cair Hahahahahahaha... With A Late Night Outing Last Night And Only Able To Sleep Around 2 Am.. Thank God Saiful Txted Me Up In The Morning.. So I Jumped Out Of Bed Cuci Muka.. Barus Gigi And Ermmm Ermmm Cuci Bambam (A Lil Bit Detail Isnt It..?) Rush To The Stadium Thank God I Had Everything Ready Mun Nda Kusut Tah Lagi Kan Itu Ini.. Sampai2 Di Stadium Salah Parking Lagi Thank God Saiful And Muiz Just Arrived From Registration So They Accompany Again To The Multi-purpose Hall Since Starting Poing Was From There Then Registered Myself.. Got A Free Shirt And Number 089.. So Game On Man..! Game On..! Met A Few Familiar Faces Aiseymen Biasa A Frequent Jogger At The Stadium You Gotta Familiarised With The Surrounding.. So Bla Bla Bla We Start Off Ard A Quarter Pass 7.. Im Telling You I Was Smiling My First Experience With All This Countdown And The Happy Cheers When It Began.. But I Manage To Control Myself Being Aware Of My Fitness Level Just A Slow Jog To Slow For My Liking Actually But Hey Better To Finish Then Registering A DNF.. And Honestly To Get To 30 Mins In My Run Was A Total Torture.. Calves, Shins, Tapak Kaki Belakang All Starting To Sore.. But Im Pretty Chuffed Actually Ada Jua Insan-insan Yang Badan Durang Atu Kinda Kurus Dari Aku But Hey They Turn Back And I Just Keep On Continuing.. Being A Late Start So The Run Was Getting Hotter And Hotter.. Bukit Kewangan..? I Was Struggling I Have To Change The Way I Run Just To Push Myself.. Noticably Overtaking A Few Fellow Runner.. Sampai Saja At One Water Station Grab The Bottle Kumur2 Had A Few Drinks Then Basahi Calves And Hamstring And Kepala.. Feels Great.. Around Balapan Area I Feel Something Weird I Felt Like Im Dragging My Shoes And My Stride Wasnt Really Great Check Up My Sole Allah Ma.. Tapak Kasut Ku Kan Lakap Well Fully Lakap.. Had To Stop Check It Walk A Few Distance And Actually I Was About To Give Up Altogether But Then Telling Myself Sayang Eh.. Sayangggggg.. So Continue Running And That A Few Minutes Of Stopping And Walking Helps A Lot And U Knw What Feels Great.. Selalunya Tani Had To Stop Kalau Kan Melintas Jeraya And Today.. Traffic Had To Stop For Me.. So Dgn Pose Macho Plus Rugged Plus Handsome Yang Terperasaan Aku Melintas Dgn Kereta Dgn Drivernya Dgn Passengernya Meliat Aku.. Kambang Punya Pasal Sampai Air Arah Water Station Pun Aku Nda Mau Ambil.. Nah Cuba Menyasal Baik Juaaaaaa Ada Lagi Other Water Station.. On The Final Stretch.. I Was Struggling Again.. The Heat Was Just Unbearable.. It Was Just A Matter Of Might And Mental Power Saja Lagi.. Im Totally Drained And Kinda Sasak Jua Ada Lah Insan-insan Yang Membuyuk Makai Bus Yang Di Sediakan Then Beranti Nda Jauh Budiman Lane And Run All The Way To The Finishing Line Cehhhhhhhhh Sasak Jua Me Toh..! And When I Arrived At The Finishing Line Yihaa A Weight Lifted Of My Chest Sanang Hatiku.. It Was Tiring So Very Different From Ur Normal Jog.. Ani Its A Bit Competitive Even Durg Saiful N Muiz Pun Berpadah They Were Actually Tired.. Hairan Kan.. In All.. I've Say The Organise Done A Fantastic Job In Organising The Run.. Route Are Well Planned And Marked.. Water Stations Are A Lot But Maybe Starting Time Short Be Earlier Just A Thought.. Would I Do This Again Next Year.. Insya Allah I Will Kalau Bukan Jadi Wakil Jabatan Untuk Diri Sendiri Jaditah =)
