Dips Machine 4 Sets 10 Reps
Dumbbells Bench Press 5 Sets : 12 Kg - 15 Reps, 15 Kg - 12 Reps, 18 Kg - 10 Reps, 20 Kg - 8 Reps, 24 Kg - 6 Reps.
Incline Press Hammer Strength Machine 5 Sets : 20 Kg - 15 Reps, 30 Kg - 1 Reps, 40 Kg - 10 Reps, 50 Kg - 8 Reps, 60 Kg - 6 Reps. I Always Love Using This Machine Because It Gave Me A Better Grip And Stability Than Using Dumbbells.
Dumbbells Incline Flies 4 Sets : 8 Kg - 12 Reps, 11 Kg - 10 Reps, 12 Kg - 10 Reps, 15 Kg - 8 Reps. One Exercise That I Seldom Do But I'm Planning To Do It Quite Often.
Dumbbell Pull Over 4 Sets : 15 Kg - 15 Reps, 18 Kg - 12 Reps, 20 Kg - 12 Reps, 24 Kg - 12 Reps. One Of My Least Fave Exercise But The Burn You Get On Ur Chest Belly Triceps Were Just To Great To Not Do This Exercise
Cable Cross Over 4 Sets : 40 Lbs - 15 Reps, 50 Lbs - 15 Reps, 60 Lbs - 15 Reps, 70 Lbs - 15 Reps.

Honestly I Was Super Pumped That Night.. And I Was Planning To Go For Broke With This Session.. To Actually Hit And Kill My Chest But As Usual When I'm Rushing That Is When My Mood Was Super Pump.. My Energy Level Was At Its Peak. But Had A Function To Attend So Boohooo Had To Cut A Great Session Short

When To The Gym For A Chest Session. Always Love Going To The Gym On Saturday Night.. Its So Calm So Quiet.. Good For Concentration, Even To The Point Gathering Up Your Thoughts Just Thinking About Whatever That Stresses You Out.. Basically When You On Your Own You Kinda Put More Effort On Concentrating And Trusting Your Own Power To Lift.. I Know It Sounded Full Of Bollocks But Really That Is How I Feel..



And Later On The Tahlil For My Late Nephew. Tu Baju Brown/gold ah.. Balik2 Org Melagau Nyuruh Makan Biar Ia Berlari-lari Hahaha Banartah!

Ahhhh Akhirnya.. After Kali Ke 4 My Alarm Ringing Terbuka Jua Mata Kan Beriadah Waktu Pagi.. Hahahaha.. I Honestly Almost Forgot How Hard Running Is.. Damn You Weights! The Suprise Feeling That You Get When Listening To A Song That You Totally Forget That You Had It In Your Playlist And You're Saying Ehhh Ada Panya Lagu Ani Dalam Talipun Ku.. Or That Great Feeling At The End Of Every Run.. But Nothing Beats The Hardship Of Trying To Wake Up In The Morning To Go Running Seriously That Is Hard! LoL!

These Two Guys Joined Us Yesterday.. I Think Yang Sorg Atu Officemate C Wen And The Guys In Manure Tops Is His Brother.. So It Was A Fun Day Yesterday Tho I Didn't Concentrate Much About My Workout Session.. No Don't Get Me Wrong I Never Tortures Newbies.. I'd Be Very Happy To Let Them Lift A Very Light Weight.. Just Showing Them The Way And Correct Posture Saja.. Tho I Know Some Friends Who Would Lovely To Torture Newbies.. Hahaha Harun Gym Stories! But Honest It Would Be Daft To Torture Them Because They Might Get Injured And That One Session You Have With Them Could Be Their First And Last Session.. So Hopefully They Be Joining Us Again This Friday! Then See How It Goes From There.

Shoulder Session 19/04/2013

Bradford Press - 5 Sets Of 10 Reps Using Olympic Bar With No Weights.. This Is Something New That I Got From Lee Hayward.. So Tried It And This Was Hard.. Its Like A Military Press.. Do it Standing Lift The Bar Just Enough To Clear Your Head Then Lower It To The Back Of Ur Head And Neck And That Is One Reps! I Could Only Do Ten And Spread To 5 Sets.. The Goal Here Is To Achieve 100 Reps So Will Continue Doing This In The Future.. 
 
Side Lateral Raise 5 Sets 15 Reps 3 Kg Dumbbells. I Super Set This With Bradford Press So After Doing It 10 Reps Of That With No Rest I Continue Doing This.. Since I Was Doing A Warm Up Sets I Thought This Will A Great Way To Get My Muscle Pumping But When As The Session Progress I Thought.. This Was Dumb Hahaha..

Shouldn't Have Done A Superset And I Should Have Not Use The Olympic Bars! But Nonetheless Because Of It I Had A Good Solid 7 Hours Of Sleep Waking Fresh The Next Morning! Hehehe

Bought This For My Mum At Naafi Seria.. Guys If You Have Pain Joints Or Sore Muscles This Really Helps.. A Lot.. It Doesn't Fix Ur Muscles By Just Eating This.. But It Will Help Soothe The Ache.. I Remember When I Twisted My My Left Knee Pretty Badly.. After Indoor Footie Back In Kent Uni.. I Can See My Knee Bergarak Dari Kiri Ke Kanan Then Pap Berbunyi Ouch.. I Was In Dire Pain.. Nyilunya Nauzubillah.. And It Was During Winter And My Knees Started To Swollen.. Called Up My Friend At Sheffield Who Is Doing Meds At That Time.. She Advised Me To Take This.. It Does Helps.. It Helps A Lot That I Wasn't Feeling Any Pain From My Knee And Start Playing Footie Again A Week Later.. And Yes Yes I Injured My Knee Again And This Time It Was Worst That When I Met The Uni Doc He Gave Me A Walking Stick.. After Walking 50 Paces From His Office I Return To His Office And Return The Walking Stick.. Coz Its Just Useless.. Mana Nda.. Uni Atas Bukit.. Kan Bertungkat Kali Naik Bukit.. Pikirkan Tah Ia!
