The 320th Post for 2020

بِسْمِ اللهِ الرَّحْمنِ الرَّحِيمِ

Fitting the title of this post. Took me a while to finish the update for the month of October this year. And when I looked at the total number of posts for this year. I posted 319 contents. It does look like a lot but if I were to compare where I was this time last year I am way down. 

Honestly, It is the least of my concern. The target here was to try and stay updated with my blog no matter how slow the updates are. To be honest, even though I had a laptop in my possession right now. Finding the time and the willingness to update my blog is kinda hard these days.

Why? My workload in the office is increasing by the day. And lately, I felt tired as soon as I entered my car to go home. And when I'm at home, I preferred to spend time playing games on my phone or browsing videos on Netflix and youtube. 

I do miss sitting down, earphones on my earbud and not listening to any song, and just typing down my thoughts and shared it with you guys. Somehow, and this is probably because of an age factor? I felt content with the type of updates that I shared with you guys. Long gone the time when I poured my heart out in here. Like I said earlier it is either the age factor thing or the married life thingy. Your guesses are as good as mine.

Yet, here I am in the middle of the night with the rain pouring outside and my fast asleep typing something here. I have to admit I missed out on a lot of birthday greetings. Voicing my opinion on trending issues. Damn! Social media really steal the limelight eh hahahaha.

Nevertheless, In Shaa Allah I will still continue blogging as long as Blogger.com stays online. Probably in years to come they might charge me a monthly fee to stay online but hey! It will be a very good investment. I have posted shared 12 years of my life in this blog. And it does feel like a lifetime, in fact, 12 years of my life are documented here. Talking about commitment eh.

So I finish this post in its 7th paragraph. See you in my November posts. Need to fix the look of my blog real soon. The orientation looks off. Taraaaaaaaaa!

And the October 2020 post has just begun.

Normal has resume hehehe. Nothing much to share but just photos of myself with my wife or food pic. We had our lunch at Casbah today. One thing about Casbah lately is that their serving wise is kinda leaning toward the stingy side. To be honest their quality especially with their donor kebabs kinda going down. Just looked at the donor above. It's so dry and please don't get me started with the chips. It's less than a handful. Why?

Patang atu both Pg Bryant and I went to Lambak to check out the progress of the project that we are handling. Alhamdulillah, it's coming to an end and above was the photo of Pg Bryant and his 'baby'. Well done bruh!

It was a super hot day today and I forgot to refill Sonya's fuel. Owh and I texted my wife telling her that we're leaving early from work.

Sebelum balik singgah dulu sini for an early dinner. Luan banyak fikir kan mau makan di mana. Last last sini lah kami pilih.

It's a bloody hot day today so I ordered two drinks just for myself. In fact, I ordered another cold drink as I was still feeling thirsty. The rojak was for my wife and the chicken wing was for me.

Home and playing with the lil one. Makin belabih guys. Terpaksa kekadang ku buat suara monster supaya ya behave sikit hahaha.

I have to admit guys it does felt a bit weird blogging about October when it is already in the middle of November. I suppose we can consider this as a new normal haha.

When I was about to leave for work. Kaka Daniya called me out and showed me her new painting. Gotta say this one knows her color well.

Friday date night! The usual Friday lepak with my wife. Nda berapa fancy tampat kami lepak today hahaha. Well both of us love this place.

Santai Saturday. Why? My wife cuti today so siuk lah sikit weekend ku.

Post MOFE visit berurusan di sana untuk menguruskan pencen my FIL. He is turning 70 this year hence he is now eligible to receive a full service pension. Actually, today nganya untuk mengambil borangnya saja hahahaha saspen so after selasai berurusan lepak tah kami sekajap di Rasa Idaman BSB.

Out and about with my wife. Asalnya kami atu kan round mencari daging bmc yang 1kg punya packaging. Then taus tah melawat this hardware store in Kg Sg Buloh then taus tah alang2 membali barang pantry. And that was our Saturday guys.

Sunday and its time go back home to Kb

Before balik Kb membawa kanak-kanak dulu round Kg. plus I had a pie delivery scheduled at the same time. Panuh kereta hahahaha.

On our way, we had a pit stop in Kupang as my wife was craving for some cendol.

Lunch pit stop in Tutong Town. Aku lupa apa nama kadainya ani but it is quite well known for their tasty noodles. This place situated close to the Chung Hwa Secondary School in Tutong Town.

Never a bad sight going through this place. It's home =)

Macam biasa lah gais bilanya udah di umah my parents ani ngambil kesempatan tah ku memakai oxygen machine my mom ani hahahahaha.

Monday and I are still on leave. My wife pun jua today nda keraja. She felt feverish since last night so I told her jantah keraja. 

But first i'm having this delicious pie that I ordered from my MIL. Lama nda merasa gais and when this thing touches my mouth. It felt sooooooooo goood.

My wife nda mau ke hospital pasalnya with her feeling so feverish confirm ya suruh Self isolation and at the same time kinda beruri takut kana swab. So I brought her to Yong clinic in Menglait for a check up. And yes she had a fever and was given two days MC.

Thursday.

Yay! today nda ku solo turun keraja. My wife is back  to work and has recovered well, alhamdulillah. Left home early pasalnya kedia ingau batah cuti and for sure work at the office will be piling up.

Since it was still early after dropping off my wife at her office. I stopped by at Happy Dean Restaurant for a quick breakfast.

This was lunch.

And this was dinner.

Friday and the week felt like moving very fast this week.

Rainy Friday morning. I was praying for an easy day at work today.

I was given a last-minute task today. To get this place well-groomed and decent looking in anticipation for HM's visit at a different location. Nganya biasalah typical kitani bilanya HM kan melawat barang yang selama ani kana neglected pun terpaksa dibuat bisai. Plus yang ku stress kana bagi last min meaning to say. Gentleman's agreement basis saja bah. Ah well tawakkal saja.

One of our i-Ready colleagues is having his last day today. Actual last day nya is sometime in November but since kedia masih banyak cuti so di habis kannya lah cutinya taus. Mudahan diberikan kesempatan dan pekerjaan yang lebih baik in the near future. Amin Ya Rabb.

I managed to runding the contractor to start working this afternoon. Just in case they can't finish their work on Monday. Phew! I can have a calm weekend now.

Saturday.

Malas banyak fikir. Lapas dropped by my wife at her office taus tah ku ke Gadong Sentral and Babu's Kitchen to have my early Brunch! So later on balik umah rehat and then patang baru tah keluar balik teeheehee.

Sekali terkanang tah ku pasal projeck last minit ku ani. Singgah tah ku sekajap di kawasan ofis and meliat the work progress plus meriki2 kawasan mana yang mcm sakit mata meliat taus tah ku suruh the foreman membersihkan.

After picking up my wife from work taus tah kami singgah di Serusop for an early dinner. Kira taus meriki kawasan yang kan kami sewa untuk acara tahlil in December. I can recommend this place called Rose Emma. The food is tasty and the price pun reasonable.

And it's time to go back home to KB.
