Run Time Log For 28/09/2010:

Run Time: 56 Minutes
Estimated Calories Burned: 751.92


Finally Finished A 10 Km Route Yesterday.. And With A Slight Improvement I Must Say.. From A 39 Minutes Jog On Monday.. I Improve My Endurance To A Full 16 Minutes.. It Will Take Quite A While For Me To Get Back To The Fitness Level That I Had During Ramadhan And To Be Honest That Wasnt That Too Long Ago.. But A Combination Of Crazy Eating, A Long Break Really Mess My Stamina.. I Need To Re-gain My Running Stride.. I Changed Steps And Strides Too Much And The Stitches Is Still There But At Least It Wasnt As Bad As It Was Yesterday.. And Running In The Rain My Goodness That Was A Great Feeling.. Siuk Berbanar..

Aiseymen Missing The Girlfriend Lah.. Phewittt Sweet Si Wadi Ah.. Rinduuuu..? Rindu Ada Makna Tuuu.. Waekekekekekeke Just Spent The Last Hour Listening To Us Guys Berulah On Kristal Fm.. I Just Totally Forgot What To Write.. Hahahhaahahah Seriously I Really Am.. Btw I Still Had Masala And Vindaloo Fragrant On My Finger.. Berbanar Udah Ku Menyabun Masih Jua Ada Bukan Nda Kuat.. Heh Pasal The Gang Lunch Di Le Taj Lah Yang Membuatkan My Puasa Pacah Kemarin Hahahahaahah.. Atu Nyaman Ketawa My Officer When I Told Him.. Syawal Is Ending Fast Tapinya I Still Got A Few Days To Cover Lagi Mudahan Jua Sampai Deh.. Talking About Raya.. My Goodness From Tomorrow All The Way To Tuesday Rezeki Untuk Dirikku Masih Murah.. Ada Saja Kawan2 Yang Melagau Mengundang Untuk Acara Rumah Terbuka.. Mudah-mudahan Jua Rezeki Abiskita Yang Menjemput Semakin Bertambah Dan Diberikan Rahmat Oleh Allah Subhanallah Taala.. These Few Days Ive Been Under A Lot Of Stress From..? Well I Just Gonna Spare The Reason But Its Just Ridiculous How Easily People Can Turn On You.. I Suppose If Your Has A Bit More Of Wealth Under Your Belt Probably Whatever You Said Others Will Reluctantly Start Nodding Their Head And It Didnt Really Matter If It Is True Or False.. People Are More Scared Of Being Nda Ampit Akan Sesuatu Benda Daripada Dosa Atau Penyakit.. I Tried To See Everything In A Positive But Its Never Been Easy.. And It Will Never Will.. At Times It Tested Your Patience And More Times You Fell And Stoop To Their Level.. I Been Trying To Channel All The Anger And Just Leave A Blank Face.. But That Is Very Hard.. But Every Dark Cloud Has A Silver Lining To It.. And I Really Cant Wait For That To Happen.. And When It Does Happen.. It Wont Be The Same Again.. A Lot Of Head Will Be Turned In A Good Way.. Trust Me Insyallah Semoga Allah Taala Sentiasa Melindungi Diriku, Keluargaku & Kawan-kawan Ku.. Amin Ya Allah Amin

Not A Good Run.. Tho I Sweat Like A Roast Lamb On A Bbq Pit.. Sanak Ku Yo.. Nda Ku Terhabis My Target Hari Ani.. I Had Stitches On Both Sides Of My Belly.. Kalau Abiskita Nda Tau Apa Stitch Ani.. For Distance Runner Macam Hamba Ani.. Ehem2 Sekadar Haha Ada At One Or Few Times Where Everytime Tani Berlusir Tani Akan Merasa Sakit Menyucuk Di Kiri Kanan Pinggang Tani.. Not That What Happened To Me Tadi.. Since I Was Wearing A Corset Tadi So That Was One Of The Reason Jua.. Anyhow Ive Browsed The Internet For Prevention And How To Heal It So Here It Goes:

How To Prevent Stitch

  4. Eat Right And Eat Light Before You Hit The Road. (Elakkan Bersikap Terbarus Time Open House.. Eh Apakan)
  5. Take A Reasonable Approach To Achieving Your Running Goals. A Side Stitch May Be A Warning Sign From Your Body That You Are Running Too Hard And Pushing Your Body Beyond Its Limits. (Jangan Dirace Mua Ah Geng.. Dah Tau Nda Fit Atu Jan Di Pajal.. Mun Tersungkurr Baagulik)
