Saturday 03/11/2018

بِسْمِ اللهِ الرَّحْمنِ الرَّحِيمِ

And then come the weekend.



This is also going to be my Saturday routine. Kompom ni mesti aku ada sesi belusir warm up atas treadmill and then do some weight training jua. Target bukan kan tagap but just toning up saja. And then jua yg siuknya berlari atas treadmill ani ialah ianya nda hangat hahaha. I don't have to wake up super early and then berpanas di luar. Rehat saja since my Wife turun keraja ikut kakanya. By 10.30 - 11 ish atu taus tah ku jalan. I even skip breakfast mun kamu kan tau. So this is kinda a fasted cardio and weight training session. Just adding variation saja hehe.


Wifey prepared my meal. Just nasi basmati and ayam oven baked saja. Alhamdulillah.





Well rested after my brunch. Had a nap just to recover balik my energy and then boom! Before ngambil my Wife. Carbo loading lagi since my badan terasa pegel pegel hahaha i love those cheese bun bakal saja bah mun nda banyak ku makan!




Makan lagi hahahah yes this was our dinner and i did not lie. I slept early that night. Lalah bui!


Kononnya nda kan mau bali apa apa just kiriman mama. Nah nampak tia cindul kah aing kelapa kah. Pura pura tah ku tidur kana katuk eh ceramin kana minta duit. Boo!
