Apa Babu Kami Masak!


Okay Your Lucky Day Readers. You're In For A Treat. Not Only I'm Sharing The Photo Of One Of My Faves Dish Cooked By Mum. I Get Share It With You Guys The Recipe. Anyhow The Recipe Is Call Daging Masak Dinding. Or If You Browse Over The Internet Its Called Daging Dendeng. Not Sure Asal Mana Masakan Ani. Probably Thailand But Delicious I Tell You. You Can Also Uses Chicken Or Fish But Beef Always Tasted Better. Betul Tak Tipu.

Ingredients Wise And Preparation.

  • You Need Bawang Besar Yang Di Potong Bulat.
  • Lada Hidup Yang Dikisar.
  • Daging Yang Direbus Dulu Dengan Garam Dan Ajinomoto Serta Lightly Fried.
  • Garam, Gula, Ajinomoto Dan Cuka.




First Tumis Lada Yang Sudah Dikisar Dengan Minyak Makan. Kemudian Masukkan Garam, Gula, Ajinomoto Dan Cuka. Make Sure Ada Rasa Masam & Manis Atu Overpower Rasa Garam. Not Too Much. Kacau Sampai Sebati And Naik Bau.

Kemudian Masukkan Bawang Dan Tumis Lagi Sampai Bawang Atu Masak. This Won't Take Long.

Then Masukkan Daging. Okay Just To Inform Lah Bleh Jua Nda Di Rabus Daging Atu Dulu Sebelum Lightly Frying It. Akan Tetapi For Best Result Rabus Dulu Daging Atu So Bila Dimakan It Will Be Soft Not Chewy.

And Since Daging Atu Udah Awal Direbus Dan Digoreng. Cooking Time Won't Take Long. Just Taste It Over See If You're Happy With The Taste.

Tadaaaa Ready To Be Serve Enak Di Makan Dengan Mulut!!!! Hahahah Some Will Nasi But Honestly Whatever Hit Your Groove. Selamat Mencuba. Nanti Lagi Shared One Of The Easiest But Deliciously Meal.
