Chest Session 11/05/2013

Incline Press Hammer Strength Machine 4 Sets : 30 Kg - 15 Reps, 40 Kg - 15 Reps, 50 Kg - 10 Reps, 60 Kg - 10 Reps. I'm Beginning To Love This Machine In Fact I Prefer Using This Than Dumbbells Or Smith Machine.. 
Bench Press Smith Machine 4 Sets : 30 Kg - 15 Reps, 40 Kg - 15 Reps, 50 Kg - 10 Reps, 60 Kg - 10 Reps.
Decline Dumbbell Press 4 Sets : 15 Kg - 15 Reps, 18 Kg - 15 Reps, 20 Kg - 12 Reps, 24 Kg 12 Reps
Dumbbells Pull Over 4 Sets : 18 Kg - 15 Reps, 20 kg - 12 Reps, 24 Kg - 10 Reps, 27 Kg - 10 Reps. My Love And Hate Relationship With This Type Of Workout Is Really Is Big.. Hated How Painful It Gave My Chest, My Belly And Triceps But The Kambang Hidung After Doing It Was Just As Marvelous As Hurting While Doing It Hahaha 
Seated Underhand Chest Press 4 Sets : 80 Lbs - 15 Reps, 100 Lbs - 15 Reps, 120 Lbs - 15 Reps, 140 Lbs - 10 Reps. This Is One Of Those Exercise Where It Looks Easy To Do But Do It Right Extremely Effective!
Seated Incline Flies Machine 4 Sets : 3 Kg - 15 Reps, 4 Kg - 15 Reps, 5 Kg - 15 Reps, 6 Kg - 12 Reps
Cable Chest Cross Over 4 Sets : 30 Lbs - 15 Reps, 40 Lbs - 15 Reps, 50 Lbs - 12 Reps, 60 Lbs - 12 Reps And I Called It A Night! Yihaa!
