Back Session 10/05/2013 (The 60s)

ISO Behind Neck Pulldown Hammer Strength Machine 3 Sets 50 Kg - 20 Reps x3
ISO Frontal Pulldown Hammer Strength Machine With Underhand Grips 4 Sets 50 Kg - 15 Reps x4
ISO Low Row Hammer Strength Machine 4 Sets 50 Kg - 15 Reps x4
ISO Row Hammer Strength Machine 4 Sets 50 Kg - 15 Reps x4
Standing Straight Arm Pulldown 70 Lbs - 12 Reps x3, 50 Lbs - 12 Reps x2. There Is A Lot Of Variations To This.. You Can Either Have Your Back Straight, Arch Abit Or Your Body Going Down With Your Arms Straight While Pulling The Cable Down.. 
Seated Row 4 Sets 80 Lbs - 15 Reps x2, 90 Lbs - 15 Reps X2
T-Bar Row 4 Sets 30 Kg - 15 Reps x4. I Did This 4 Times And My Goodness I Had To Talk To Myself A Lot On This One.. Energy Was Draining Fast And This Is My 7th Game.. And I Had This Experiments Call The 60s Which Really Mean I'm Doing A Maximum Of 60 Reps Per Games.. It Doesn't Really Matter How Many Sets Or Reps I Did.. The Target Here Was To Achieved 60 Repetitions For Each Games.. And Even Though My Weight Is Very Light.. But By Doing Many Reps I Hope I Burned More Calories Than The Usual Session!
