A Bit Of Running

Stamina Has Slightly Improved Still Walk Run Walk Run.. But I Can Run Further That It Was Before.. The Only Thing I Had To Improve Now Is My Mentality.. Planning To Had A Morning Session Tomorrow Saturday.. Then Maybe If I'm For It A Quick Jog Before The Usual Satuday Night Gym Session..
