Chest Session 27/04/2013

Dips Machine 4 Sets 10 Reps
Dumbbells Bench Press 5 Sets : 12 Kg - 15 Reps, 15 Kg - 12 Reps, 18 Kg - 10 Reps, 20 Kg - 8 Reps, 24 Kg - 6 Reps.
Incline Press Hammer Strength Machine 5 Sets : 20 Kg - 15 Reps, 30 Kg - 1 Reps, 40 Kg - 10 Reps, 50 Kg - 8 Reps, 60 Kg - 6 Reps. I Always Love Using This Machine Because It Gave Me A Better Grip And Stability Than Using Dumbbells.
Dumbbells Incline Flies 4 Sets : 8 Kg - 12 Reps, 11 Kg - 10 Reps, 12 Kg - 10 Reps, 15 Kg - 8 Reps. One Exercise That I Seldom Do But I'm Planning To Do It Quite Often.
Dumbbell Pull Over 4 Sets : 15 Kg - 15 Reps, 18 Kg - 12 Reps, 20 Kg - 12 Reps, 24 Kg - 12 Reps. One Of My Least Fave Exercise But The Burn You Get On Ur Chest Belly Triceps Were Just To Great To Not Do This Exercise
Cable Cross Over 4 Sets : 40 Lbs - 15 Reps, 50 Lbs - 15 Reps, 60 Lbs - 15 Reps, 70 Lbs - 15 Reps.

Honestly I Was Super Pumped That Night.. And I Was Planning To Go For Broke With This Session.. To Actually Hit And Kill My Chest But As Usual When I'm Rushing That Is When My Mood Was Super Pump.. My Energy Level Was At Its Peak. But Had A Function To Attend So Boohooo Had To Cut A Great Session Short
