Still Going On With 6 Reps But I Opted To Increase My Weight A Bit To See Whether My Power Ada Kah Nda.. Happy With It.. Walaupun 6 reps Saja Termampu At The End.. But With No Support I Still Managed.. Plus Arah Gambar Ah Aku Tu.. Andangnya Kalau Main Basi Putih Tia Badan Ku Hahahahaha.
