Kemarin Punya Cerita

Well Ani Kemarin Punya Cerita Tapi Aku Start Sikit-sikit Sal Ari Ani Lah Ah.. Arrived Early Today At Work And Mentality Pagi Ani Pun Bagus.. Nda Lagging Time Bangun Pagi Tadi Walaupun Akhir Sikit Ku Tidur Di Malam.. Mata Atu Nda Mengantuk Yang Banarnya Walaupun Plan Awal Aku Atu Ingin Kan Beradu Awal Mungkin Pasal Tidor Ku Cukup Hari Sebelumnya Atu Kali.. Antah Lah Labu.. Plus Aku Jadi Dokter Cinta Nda Bertauliah Hahahaha This Is The Funny Bit.. Advice Org Bukan Main Banar Tapi When It Comes Tu Masa Ku Bercinta-cinta Dulu Ya Jua Kapus Otak Jam Engine Over-flow Minyak.. But Alhamdulillah Last Night He Did Came Around A Bit.. Atu Di Malam Punya Cerita Tu.. Hari Ani Nda Tau Tu Biar Tia Dulu Let Him Learned.. Experienced Is The Best Teacher No Doubt.. Anyway Back To The Old Boring Stories.. Yesterday Jogging Session Was A Huff And Puff And A DNF Session Really.. I Dont Think I Fully Recovered From Sunday Long Jog And With The Functions Im Attending Its Understandable Why Im Struggling Yesterday.. As Planned I Was Going For An Easy Pace Run (As If Selama Ani Aku Laju Lah Konon Belari) Very Easy Banar Bro Kuyat And Rizal Zoom Dah Di Dapan Aku Masih Lagi Senyum Toleh Kiri Toleh Kanan Biasalah Nyuci Mata.. Tapi Start Melintas Pusat Dakwah My Foot Feeling Weird.. Semakin Panat Then By The Time Berlari Naik Bukit Kewangan I Was Really Struggling.. I Tot Eh Naik Bukit Saja Ni.. Even A Friend Told Me She Was Me Running And I Was Kapus-kapus Hahahaha Yth Nyangku.. Sampai Saja Puncak Bukit Kewangan Jari Kaki Ku Lagi Panat And Kan Cramp.. So I Have To Slow Down.. Slow Pace I Just Opted Masuk Dpn Kastam Instead Of Going To The Usual LegC0 Route.. Masuk Ke Kementerian Kesihatan And I Just Stop There.. I Running An Empty Tank Nda Lagi Ada.. Jalan Pun Macam Penguin Sekajap Aduii Nda Rugged.. But Honestly One Question.. Especially Pada Yang Selalu Exercise Yang Banar-banar Concentrating On It.. At Times Do You Feel Guilty Kalau Sehari Atu Langsung Nada Exercise? In My Mind I Always Had That.. Ingau Saja Ati Atu.. Sedangkan Rehat Atu Sama Pentingnya Or Maybe Lebih Penting Untuk Recovery Muscle Kitani.. Nda Ja
