Lat Pulldown 3 Sets : 120 Lbs - 15 Reps x3
Behind Neck Lat Pulldown 3 Sets : 100 Lbs - 15 Reps, 110 Lbs - 15 Reps, 120 Lbs - 15 Reps
Close Grip Pulldown Using Revolving Multi-Exercise Bar 3 Sets : 120 Lbs - 15 Reps x3
Seated Cable Row 3 Sets : 100 Lbs - 15 Reps, 110 Lbs - 15 Reps, 120 Lbs - 15 Reps
ISO Low Row Using Hammer And Strength Machine 3 Sets : 30 Kg - 15 Reps, 40 Kg - 15 Reps, 55 Kg - 15 Reps
Incline Row 3 Sets : 30 Kg - 15 Reps
Romanian Dead Lift 3 Sets : 40 Kg - 7 Reps, 40 Kg - 11 Reps, 70 Kg - 6 Reps. Honestly I Hate This Exercise But This Is As Close As A Total Body Workout You Can Get.. It Hurts Your Back.. And When You Hit Number 6 Reps Your Leg Started To Hurt.. But It Pumps My Heart Like Mad.. So Its A Good!

So If You Notice This Is My Second Back Session Of The Week.. Why? Well Kan Jog Kemarin But Weather Inda Mengizinkan Plus Batah Jua Nda Mengangkat With The Gym Buddies.. Solo Act Saja Lately! Yth Ngantam Tiga Sets Saja Supaya Nda Batah Baaaa
