Back Session 10/06/2013

Biasa When It Comes To Back Session.. Pull Ups With Parallel Grips 4 Sets With 10 Reps.
Single Arm Cable Row 4 Sets : 40, 50, 60, 70 Lbs - 20 Reps. My 2nd And Final Warm Up Session.
Lat Pull Down 4 Sets : 110 Lbs - 15 Reps x4.. I Increased My Weight For Another 10 Pounds This Week. 
Close Grip Pull Down Using Revolving Multi-Exercise Bar 4 Sets : 110 Lbs - 12 Reps x4.
ISO Behind Neck Pull Down Using Hammer Strength Machine 4 Sets : 70 Kg (35 Kg A Side) - 12 Reps
Chest Supported Row 4 Sets : 13 Kg - 15 Reps, 15 Kg - 15 Reps, 18 Kg - 15 Reps, 20 Kg - 15 Reps
Seated Row 4 Sets : 105 Lbs - 12 Reps x 4

And That Concludes My Back Session.. Didn't Perform Much Coz I Was Feeling Tired.. And Also I Didn't Incorporated Chest Session Like The Usual.. Gonna Do A Single Session For This Week.. Then Blast It Again Next Week.. I Also Did A Few Abs Session As Well (Atu Batah Nda Berbuat) And It Bloody Feels Great Yaw!
