Yeppppppppp Still Is Coughing At The Moment.. Membari Sasak Bah Dahak Ahh.. Sekajap Kluar Ya.. Sekajap Gantung2 Ya Arah Paru Paru Macam Kana Puji Saja.. Suka Tah Ya Tu Dahak Ahh.. One Of The Thing I Hate The Most About Batuk Ani Ialah Memakan Ubat Batuk.. Kajar2, Lamah, And Pemalas Jadinya.. Kan Ke Sana Kemari Pun Jadi Malas..
Planning Kan Re-start My Running Today.. Albeit A Very Slow And Short Distance Run But Somehow Aku Rasa Malas And Since Aku Cuba Berlusir Naik Tangga Udah Ku Angih2.. So Another Extra Day Resting Tah Saja.. Haiya.. Makin Tia Down Fitness, Stamina And Endurance Ni Kang.. Manalagi Gym Yang Udah Kan Dakat 2 Minggu Ku Tinggalkan.. Licak Udah Rasa Muscle Aaa.. Isk Isk Isk I Seriously No Like Eh.. 
Anyhow I Think Its About Time For To Re-Evaluate My Fitness Regime.. Gonna Change Or Add A Few Sessions As Well.. Need To Re-do HIIT (High Intensive Interval Training) Again.. Need To Add Another Session At The Gym As Well.. Then Hiking.. I Found Back The Buzz For Hiking At Tasek Lama.. So I'm Planning To Hike Once A Week The Very Least..
But First Need To Get Myself All Healthy Again.. Hopefully Its Sooner Rather Than Later.. Amin =)
