 The Usual First 3 Games.. Bench Press.. Incline And Decline.. By The Third Game.. The Chest Is All Pumped Up Sudah.. Berjalan Pun Karau Udah Wakekeke
 The Fourth Game.. Fly Machine.. Yang Ani Pun Nda Ku Pandai Use Heavy Weights.. Tapi Reps Ku Banyakkan.. And By The Time I Hit The Hammer Strength Machine Soon After This Pun Aku Lalah Banar Udah.. Too Lalah Sampai Nda Tergambar.. Hehe
 2 Games With When Low Upward Cables Chest Fly And Cross Over Fly Pun Nda Kan Pandai Barat Weight Ku.. Biasa Energy Low Udah.. Tercabut Kang Tulang Luan Kan Barat Saja
 And Biasa The Very Last One Dip.. Tapinya Im Thinking In The Future I Will Incoporate Dip As A Warm Up Game.. Bukannya Apa By The Time I Hit This.. I'm Just So Weak Sudah
