Wuuuu Gusi Aku Masih Sakit So Its Kinda And Un-welcome Irritation.. Looking On The Right Side Of My Table.. I Still Got Like 5 KIV Files.. Payah Jua Eh If Its Up To Me Lapas Kan Saja Tia Wah Heheheheheh Nadawah Im Glad I Dont Have To Make The Final Decision.. Btw To Mel Thanks Dang!!! Its Glad That What Uve Written And The Things That U Do Reaches To Others Out There.. Aiseymen I Feel Like A Living Saint Hahahahahahahaha Napa Kan Ngucapkan? Ucap Plang.. Mun Dangki Ikutkan Hehehehehe Nadawah Main Main Aja.. But More Over I Do Enjoy My Running With The Guys.. Yes We May Talk About Running Or Tasek Or Anything That Sounds Like It Its Just Because We're Just Enjoying It.. And It Is One Of The Easiest And Cheapest Sport Around.. All U Need Is Just A Proper Running Shoes.. Then Put On The Most Comfortable Shirts And Shorts Then Just Put Some Effort To It.. Spent A Good 30 Mins 4 Times A Week That Should Be Enough For You To Be On The Right Track Towards A Healthy Life.. And Trust Me Once You See The Results.. You're Starting To Enjoy Yourself And Trust Me It Will Become So Addictive.. Banar Plang Ada Yang Mengatakan Malas Or Malu Jog Atu.. Heeee Trust Me.. Kalau Tah Org Pun Menoleh Tani Jogging Atu Think Of It This Way.. They're Just Impress With U And They're Thinking About The Same Stuff Just Like You.. And If Org Yang Driving Senyum2 Liat Tani Driving.. Jangan Ambil Negative.. They're Just Wishing Doing The Same Thing Like You.. And To Think About It.. Ur Making Yourself Look Better And Be Healthy And Fitter.. Kenapa Harus Malu Kan Kan.. And Dont Worry Kalau Baru Berlusir Sekajap Udah Tia Nda Bernyawa And Kapus-kapus.. Even To A Daily Runner Cuatah Sebulan Atu Nda Berlusir Its Like Back To Square One Bah Tu.. Apa Lagi Bagi Yang Baru-baru Kan Berlusir Right.. And Especially To Guys Out There.. Leaves The Ego To One Side.. Kalau Ada Bini-bini Memotong Tani Time Berlusir Atu Biar Ca Bah.. Nadakan D Malukan.. Mana Tani Tau Yang Bini2 Atu Andang Fit.. Its A Normal Classic Case.. Kana Putung Leh Bini2 Then Man-Up Putung Balik P Pastu Singap2 Hahahahahahha.. Kalau Kontrol Nafas Time Bini2 Melintas Atu Dimestikan Atu Macho Tu Macho Hahahahaha.. Heee I Even Still Remember Masa Ku Mula2 Jog Di Kebajikkan I Was Very Very Slow Sampai Org Jalan Kaki Pun Memotong.. Anyway What Im Trying To Say Here Is.. Do Ur Body A Good Service..
