- Monday - 6 Am (Gym Work Out) / 5 Pm (Maintenance Run @ Stadium)
- Tuesday - No Early Morning Work Out. / 4.30 Pm (Tasek Lama Run)
- Wednesday - 6 Am (Gym Work Out) / 5 Pm (Endurance Run @ Stadium)
- Friday - 6 Am (Fartlek Run @ Fitness Zone) / 4.30 Pm (Tasek Lama Run)
- Saturday - 6 Am (Gym Work Out) / 5 Pm (Swimming or Squash Or Both)
Thursday And Sunday Is A Recovery Day.. But I Think I Need To Talk To Jirul About Friday Morning Timing.. Maybe If We Can Start A Lil Bit Late.. Around 8 Ish Ish.. This Work Out Schedule Is Only For This Month So Kalau Abiskita Teringin Kan Join.. Bah Join Saja.. Its Gonna Be Fun I Swear.. Kami Kami Mau Enjoy Bukannya Nyeksa Diri Hehehehe
