Bent Arm Raise 4 Sets
Barbell Fron Raises 4 Sets


Upright Row 4 Sets 


Honestly I Couldnt Remember Berapa Weight And Reps Nya But All I Know Is This Session Was A Killer.. Its Been Awhile I Had One At Harun Gym And Man.. I'm Loving It.. Nyummmmmmmm!
