Machine Assisted Dips 3 Sets With 10 Reps As A Warm Up Session
Smith Machine Bench Press 3 Sets : 30 Kg (15 A Side)- 15 Reps, 40 Kg (20 A Side) - 15 Reps, 70 Kg (35 A Side) - 12 Reps.
Smith Machine Decline Bench Press 3 Sets : 30 Kg (15 A Side)- 15 Reps, 40 Kg (20 A Side) - 15 Reps, 70 Kg (35 A Side) - 12 Reps.
Incline Dumbbell Press 3 Sets : 15 Kg - 15 Reps, 20 Kg - 15 Reps, 22.5 Kg - 15 Reps.
Dumbbell Pullover 3 Sets : 15 Kg - 15 Reps, 20 Kg - 15 Reps, 22.5 Kg - 15 Reps.
Cable Chest Cross Over 3 Sets : 50, 60, 70 Lbs - 15 Reps.
