Arnold Press 3 Sets : 10 Kg - 12 Reps x2, 12.5 Kg - 10 Reps.
Plate Front Raise 4 Sets : 10 Kg - 15 Reps x2, 15 Kg - 12 Reps x2.
Bent Arm Lateral Raise 4 Sets : 11 Kg - 15 Reps x2, 12 Kg - 12 Reps, 15 Kg - 10 Reps.
Cable Upright Row 4 Sets : 80 Lbs - 15 Reps, 90 Lbs - 15 Reps, 100 Lbs - 12 Reps, 120 Lbs - 10 Reps.
The Shrug! 4 Sets : 50, 70, 90, 110 Kg - 15 Reps.
