Friday Chest Session

 Starting The Day With Incline Dumbbells Presses 6 Sets 15 Reps With 11, 12 & 15 Kg Dumbbells (2 Sets For Each Weights..
 Soon After Each Sets Of Incline Presses.. We Super Set It With Incline Presses.. 6 Sets As Well Using 8, 11 & 12 Kg Dumbbells.. Just To Explain It.. After 15 Reps Of Incline Press Drop & Change The Weight And Start Straight Away To Incline Press.. Supersets Lah Kiranya
 Next Game Was The Flat Bench Press.. 6 Sets As Well But This Time We Increased The Dumbbells Weight Starting With 12, 15 & 18 Kg.. (2 Sets For Each Weight) 15 Reps..
 Just Like Incline Flyes.. We Did A Super Set On This One As Well.. But Only Staying With A 11 Kg Dumbbells.. 6 Sets 15 Reps.. But If I'm Not Mistaken For The Last 2 I Chose To Use A 12 Kg Dumbbells.. Just Imagine On My Last Set Of Bench Press Lifting 18 Kg.. My Chest And Arms Were Screaming Murder! And To Superset It With A 12 Kg Dumbbells.. It Might Sound Nothing But When You Did.. You'll Know The Agony And Pain Haha
 Using 40 Pounds Plate.. Going For 20 Reps Just To Pump Those Pecs.. Just For 3 Sets..
Final Game Flat Bench Overhead Dumbbell Pullover.. 3 Sets 15 Reps Using 15, 18 & 20 Kg Weights.. Okay The Picture Is Just Another Variation.. But If You Can't Do It This Way.. You Can Always Lie Flat On The Bench..

So That's It I Called This Week Session High Reps Light Weight Week.. Trying To Fatigue Those Muscles And Burn Those Fat More.. So Next Week We'd Be Doing Low Reps And Heavy Lift.. Another Chest Session As Well.. So Will Share With You Lot The Exercises That We Do On That Day.. Take Care!
