My Friday

As Usual My Fridays And Sundays Is My Morning Run Day.. Regardless Of What Time Aku Bangun And How Hot The Day Is.. Tho For That Alhamdulillah.. The Weather Yesterday Morning Was Just Nice.. Suam Suam Kuku.. And Then I Can Feel My Stamina Pun Ada Slight Improvement.. Great!


Someone Is A Happy Yesterday Morning.. And Bau Masam.. And Ngalih.. And Angih Angih Haa Haa Haa..


Old V New.. Look I'm Not Jealous.. But My Sonya's Looks Way Better.. Don't Get Me Wrong.. The New Sonata With Its Technology Is A Thousand Times Better Than Mine.. I Like It But Its Something About The Old One That Looks Menacing.. The Grill For A Start.. Hehehe So Mine Is Better.. Hahahaha 


Nipples, Tits And Triceps Sessions Yesterday.. And My Goodness That Was A Great One.. You Know When You Went To The Gym Then Another Gym Mate Asked You.. Abis Bro.. Awu Abis Udah.. Well Actually Is Not Really Abis As In Selasai But More Of Abis Udah Energy Ku.. To The Point That Kajar Kajar Udah Badan.. That Is Me Yesterday.. After I Took This Photo I Just Collapsed To My Butt.. Kelalahan Banar.. Even Tried To Take A Selfie While Lying Down.. I Just Can't Hand Was Too Shaking I Stop Trying And I Just Lay Down There And Enjoying The Tiredness.. The Room Was Humid Too So I Was Still Puffing And Sweating Even When Lying Down.. I Know.. Masam..!


And Then I Realized I Had A Decent Meal All Day.. Yes My Mum Made Soto Yesterday But To Be Honest Not Really A Soto Fan.. Kalau Nada Ayam Ahaahaha But To Be Honest Laa.. Atu Pun Before Gym A Few Tongs Of Mee Hoon Telur And Sawi And Soup.. Didn't Even Bother To Ambil The Beef.. Had That Supaya Ada Energy During Lifting So After I Had My Shower I Went For A Food Run.. Anyway That Is Not What I Wanna Share Here..

See The Guy Jogging Walaupun Aku Pagi Udah Belusir Meliat Kedia Pun Aku Jealous.. So Jealous That Today Saturday Is My Rest Day But I Feel Like Running Later.. Hehehe So To All Of You Yang Planning Kan Run.. Here Is A Quick Advice From Me.. Just Go.. Trust Me Planning Is One Thing But To Actually Try To Change Your Clothes.. Put On Your Running Shoes And To Actually Run Is Quite A Daunting Task.. You Just Have To Remember That Running Is Actually A Cheap Sport For Begineers.. All You Need Is A Comfortable Shirt And Pants And A Decent Running Shoes.. Jangantah Ingau Pasal All Those Fancy Running Apparels And Shoes That Will Come Later.. For Now All You Need Is Whatever You Have..

And Then Kalau Malu Ditampat Ramai.. Then Just Go Find A Quiet Parking Area Then Use That As A Jogging Place.. Nda Payah Tah Jauh Because For Someone Who Never Run Their Entire Life.. Its Very Hard.. Regardless Of Your Body Size Kurus Kah Lampuh Kah If You're Running For Your First Time Trust Me You Will Wanna Quit After The First 5 Mins..

So As I Was Saying Find A Quiet Parking Area.. Mark Up The Distance Then Just Run.. Nda Tah Kira If Its Slow Berabis.. By My Experience When I Started Running Di Track Padang Kebajikkan.. I Started So Slow That An Old Chinese Couple Overtook Me.. Me Jogging And Them Speed Walking.. Tuhan Saja Tau How Pathetic I Felt But We Have To Remember Our Own Ability And Stamina.. Atu Saja..

All You Need Is Just Patience, Discipline And Mental Stubborness.. The First 5-10 Minutes Of Running Was Torture During Your First Run.. Your Back Started To Tighten, The Lactic Acid In Your Calves And Shin Starting To Hurt Then The Side Of Your Stomach Hurts Everytime You Breath And Worse Your Brain Keeps On Telling You What Is Wrong With You Stop Stop Stop But You Keep On Jogging Because Those Images Of People Who Never Stop Mentioning About Your Weight Keep On Appearing And Thus You Hang On And Then Suddenly You Break A Few Sweats.. You Feel Great Hence You Accomplish Something You Never Thought You Can.. You Actually Ran.. And Trust Me One Of The Best Feeling In The World..
