Monday The 16th Haa Haa..

Woke Up Feeling Fresh This Week.. Plus Its An Easy Monday I Must Say Because Despite My Boss Was Away For A Few Days For Meeting In Bandar Somehow I Haven't Receive Any New Task.. So Alhamdulillah All The Task I Was Given I Have Submitted Plus Since Its Budget Closing Week Maybe That Is Why I'm Having A Free Time Haa Haa..

Sleep At About 2 Am Last Night.. Why? Well Lets Blame RTM2 For Airing The Peacemaker At Almost Midnight.. Its Really Is One Good Movie And To Be Honest With You Nicole Kidman Was Just Too Beautiful In That Movie.. I Mean She Is Just Too Beautiful Plus George Clooney Was Being Rugged As Hell And Its One Of My Fave Movie Jua So Sleeping Late Its All Worth While In The End Haa Haa..

Lemme Introduce You Guys My Morning Alarm Today.. Baik Mood Durang Awal Mutung This Month.. Selalunya Diuyung Barutah Kan Datang.. But Nevertheless I Won't Complain.. Smelling Freshly Cut Grasses Before Going To Work Is Always Clear Up Your Mind And Freshen Up Your Body.. Benar Aku Nda Tipu Haa Haa..


KB's Weather This Morning.. Macam Redup Saja.. Mudahan Jua It Stay Redup Like This All That.. Better Yet Hujan Kah Labat Berabis Sampai Kul 3 Ptg Ehh Nda Nda.. Mun Labat Berabis Sampai Kul 3 Banjir Tia Kan.. No No Stay Like This Saja Lah.. Plus I Need To Run Today Jua.. Pasal I Haven't Had My Maintenance Run Last Week.. I Always Maintenance Run In The Middle Of The Week.. Nothing Fancy Just A Few KMs And Then I Finish It Off With 5-6 Round Of 50 Meters Sprint.. Actually Putting Sprinting Session In My Cardio Workout Once A Week Really Helps With Burning My Fats And Then Stamina And Recovery Pun Naik Jua.. So Here Is My Advice To The Newbies.. Kalau Udah Kamu Selalu Jog Jog And Then To One Point Kamu Hit The Plateau.. Doing HIIT Or High Intensity Interval Training Can Help And Shreds That Extra Weight.. Hence In My Case 50-60 Meters Sprint.. Its Like Sprint Than Walk Back To Your Starting Point Then Sprint Lagi.. Do A Minimum Of 5 Sets.. Once A Week.. Jangan Over Do It.. Iatah Bila Tani Over Do It Tani Injured And Then Bila Injured Terpaksa Rehat.. Nganya A Friendly Advice Pada Yang Mempunyai Lemak Berlebihan Di Bahagian Perut Seperti Saya.. Bila Sprinting Atu Terasa Tu Gagaran Lamak Ah Melapik Haa Haa..

Selfie Kelalahan Yang Banarnya Ni.. Actually Sunday Is A Morning Run Day But Atas Sebab Musabab Yang Tidak Dapat Dielakkan Jadinya Ku Tukar Tia To Shoulder Day At Gym Since Aku Skip Gym Last Friday Pasal Aku Super Tired After My Morning Run.. So Kemarin I Woke Up Considerably Early.. Washed Sonya Since Its Been 2 Weeks Since I Last Pampered Her And She Was Looking Poorly.. Then Had An Awesome Lunch.. Well Not Heavy One.. I Watched A Video By Kevin Zahri About The Right Portion When It Comes To Eating Rice.. So I Practiced That And Alhamdulillah Great Feeling.. Even Power Ku Pun During Lifting Its Not Great But It Is Enough For Me To Push Myself For That Few Reps.. And Then After Worked Out Pun Ku Ambil Sukatan Yang Sama And Alhamdulillah To My Surprise It Feeds My Muscle Well Meaning The Soreness Atu Nda Berabis And Its Bearable.. And Then I Did A Few Biceps And Abs Exercise And As Usual Cramp Jua After That.. Man I Have A Weak Abs Muscle Haa Haa..




So Yesterday After Gym I Thought I'm Gonna Rest A Bit Then Go For A Maintenance Run.. Then Balik Umah My Sister Gtau Yang Si Bungsu Kami Sakit Paot Seperti Dugal.. Well Expected Plang Sudah Tu Since Malam Minggu Atu Ia Muntah Muntah And Banyak.. Then Sunday Morning Ya Ngadu Ngadu Sakit Perut.. So I Told Her Older Sister Bawa Tia Ke Spital.. So Cancel Lah Aku Kan Run Since My Dad Andang Malam Selalu Ke Masjid And Tinggal My Mum Saja Sorg.. So Mendgni Kediatah Ku Menyediakan Inti Karipap.. Anyway Back To The Photos Above Lapas Gym I Thought Eyh Lets Go For A Drive Along The Coast Ehem Its The Perks Of Being A Kb-ians.. One Side Of The Towns Is The Coast And The Other River And At The End You Will Have Abundance Of Beautiful Sunset.. So Kemarin Aku Drive Along Jalan Maulana And My God That Was A Tall Apartment On A Very Small Area.. And Then Closed To Istana Kota Mangalela Ada This Beautiful And Modern Terrace Houses Rugged.. Plus On Sunday Ani Jua Yth The Org Putehs Keluar With Their Cute Dogs.. Cuci Mata Atu Is A Must Bah Kan Kan Haa Haa..



Patut Ada Terasa A Bit Nyucuk Masa Ku Buat Shrugged Atu.. Yatah Udah Pasalnya Ni Haa Haa..


This Was Saturday.. I Woke Up With A Bad Migraine.. And My Body Was So Tired That I Just Wanna Sleep All Day.. Even When Aku Mentioned About This To My Office Mate This Morning Iatah Katanya.. Awu Lain Usulnya Kau Ah Masa Hari Anam Ah.. Nampak Lamah Mu.. And To Be Honest 6 Tablets Of This Didn't Help Cure It At All.. I Was Still Suffering Then Aku Gtau Everyone That I'm Going Home Early Pasal Nda Ku Tahan.. Stop Over One Of The Kadai Runcit Close To Home And Beli Panadol Extend And 100 Plus.. Took Two Tablets With 100 Plus Straight Away.. And As Soon As I Arrived Home Changed My Clothes And Sleep It Off Until 11 Pm.. And Ladies And Gentleman That Was How I Rolled My Saturday Night.. In Bed Haa Haa..


Udah Tah Bangun Pagi With A Migraine Then Bila Ku Ngambil Air Putih Di Kedai Sebalah.. The Waiter Tertumpah Kopi Ke Seluar And Baju Ku.. Haiyaaaa Baik Jua Nda Panas Banar So Tangan Ku Nda Melecur.. But The Good Thing About It Walaupun Aku Migraine.. Nda Jua Ku Marah Banar.. Annoyed Yes.. I Managed To Hold My Anger.. Heh Ada Jua Kebaikkan Bila Udah Tua Ani.. Eh Salah Bila Udah Berumur 3 Series Ani.. Haa Haa..
