Saturday Run Route.. Wah Nda Sangka Cun Cun 5km Distant Ku Atu.. So The Plan For Today Is Going To Up Up The Distant Jantah Di Up Dulu Pace Atu.. Lets Get Some Endurance For Now.. Need To Burn All Those Calories Yang Ku Makan Kemarin.. Biasalh Since Its A Sunday So Its A Cheat Day.. The Best Thing About Cheat Day Is That Its A Day Where U Can Eat What U Crave But The Bad Thing About It Is Come Monday You Have That Extra Load To Burn That Need A Lil Bit More Effort As Well.. Urghhhhh Ah Well 6 Days Hard Diet = 1 Day Makannnnnnnn.. So Not That Bad.. Hahahaha
