Not Bad Innit

Mcm Nda Clear Jua Usulnya Ah.. Ah Well Lemme Story Story Aaaa.. Went For An Endurance Run Last Saturday Felt Good About It Then Went For Fartlek Session Yesterday Just Before Iftar.. Pancit Jua Lah But Yang Siuknya Badan Ringan Bebanar.. Gosh I Really Miss That Feeling Took Me 2 Weeks After Ramadhan Start Barutah Berlusir Before Sungkai.. Tho I Just Did Night Run Saja.. So Tonight Went For Another Endurance Run.. Already Set Myself A Target That I Need To Run More Than 1 Hr.. So A Maximum Of 1hr 30 Mins Or A Minimum Of 1hr 15 Mins Which I Achieved The Later.. Kinda Sasak Jua Pasal The First 40 Mins I Was Doing Just Fine.. Nafas Teratur.. Langkah Pun Nda Kucar Kacir.. But One Im Reaching The Hour Mark Atu.. I Got Stitch On My Right Abdomen.. Then Langkah Pun Mula Kucar Kacir.. Baik Jua Ada Menyalaki Diri Time Berlusir So Aku Pun Ikut Meneriaki Kuyuk Atu Then Langkah Pun Mula Teratur Balik.. Well Only For The Next 17 Minutes That Is.. But I'm Happy So I Track Back My Route Tadi Thru Livestrong Tau Tau I Did 8 Km.. Not Bad Not Bad.. Walaupun Pace Slow Tahap Kuyuk Berlari Berkasut Tinggi But The Distance And The Endurance Ada Improvement Which Is More Important.. Namanya Buat Endurance.. So Sampai2 Umah Saja Tarus Berabis Naguk Aing.. Silap Jua Nda Membawa Air Tadi.. De-hydrated Banar.. Karing And Melakat Bibir.. So Right Now Biasaklah Chaffing Tia And Timpang But I'm Loving It.. No Pain No Gain Baby.. Owh Btw Did Try Endomondo Apps But Sama Jua Macam Adidas MiCoach The GPS Paning.. Probably Its Because Of Route D Kb Ani Kali GPS Nda Berapa Catch Up.. Membari Sasak When Ur Just Entering 5 Mins In Your Run Keluar Suara Notifying U Just Did 1 Km Mark.. Apakan Laju Jua.. Then A Few Mins Later Berbunyi Tia Lagi Uve Done 2 Km Awu Atu Banar Badan Cani.. Mengantam 2km In Less Than 10 Mins.. Yeah Not In A Million Years.. So I Think I Need To Re-Install Apps Yg Satu Dulu Atu Esok.. Maybe That One Works Mun Nda Mau Jua Then Back To Livestrong Loop Tah Saja.. Fyi I Just Burned About 1099.45 Worth Of Calories.. Not Bad!!
