The final Friday of the year!

Enjoying the easy morning drive.

Kinda expected udah oleh ku ada makan makan today. Awal atu nda plang ada sunyi sekali udah bilang org dtg atu wah meriah rezeki di pagi Jumaat kami hehehe.

Apparently its one of our colleague's birthday on Sunday so they're giving her an advance birthday surprise.

My new Rizumu cap has arrived. Thanks Jirul for sending it to my office.

Post solat Jumaat prayer. Baik jua ampit nasi briyani hahahaha.

Sejak dua menjak ku pindah ke opis bandar ani aa. Nda pandai beranti bah batuk ku lah damam ku lah. I mean 2018 ani full on bah ku terjangkit. Open concept office do has its cons. Hence ku kuatkan hati tah membali Young Living punya diffuser and its "Armour Up' essential oils. Hopefully it can help to boosten my body immune system.

Andang aku plan lapas balik keraja ku kuatkan hati tah mencuba gym baru di iCentre atu. Alang alang its free for us. Sebulan labih yo aku nada cardio. Kan menyampaikan 30 mins on the treadmill atu bukannya payah. Stitch bah kiri kanan paot. And then menyambung ku lagi makai biskal. I tried the weight loss pre-loaded program and that was hard. The hardest 10 mins i ever had in the last few months. Sandi paluh ku and i burnt more calories then i did running.

No Anjung Saujana this time around though. Kami ke Cheezbox saja this year. Since aku pun craving kan durg punya Kolo Mee Special.

Alhamdulillah that was good. Craving finally satisfied. Yatah pasalnya ni aku kuat hati kan ke gym. Sandi jua lah kajar kajar bah pahaku hahaha. Tough jua eh makai biskal atu. Jauh drop stamina ku yo.

Abis bah kolo mee ku baru dtg hayam yang ku order ani. This was good too.

This was not!

 Can't finish the whole thing so i tapau this and gave it to our nephew. 

And of course no visit to Cheezbox is complete if you do not order their signature ultimate choc.
