Sunday 28/10/2018

بِسْمِ اللهِ الرَّحْمنِ الرَّحِيمِ

Sunday and my god makan saja ku kemarin. Nganya badan tired berabis so nda tah ku jadi keluar umah awal pagi for a morning jog. Heh!



I think seingat ku aaa iatah nganya the few times yang kami keluar bah ni. Membali stock utk makan next week and then aku kelupaan membali a few item for office pantry. Tu nah tisu ah impurtannnnnnnn tuuuu. Barang atu capat abis.



Our lunch that Sunday. Yes we brought beras basmati. Ku cuba banar banar menukar penggunaan beras kami dari beras wangi ke basmati. Hopefully this can help with my weight lose program. I got no problem plang makan baras ani sipun ya tawar. And i love having it saring hehe.



Tidur patang woke up with a grumpy wife who don't want to join you for a jog. Marahi kedia while jogging pasal nda mau cuba slow jog. Hahaha package!


Time to go home to bandar. Awu nda ku mau kan bangun awal pagi and then drive all the way to bandar during morning commute. And then stress out. Kluar masuk spg to avoid the main traffic jam. Tak minat lah. I told my parents udah cuti sekulah kang baruku balik on Monday ok. Jangan ambil ati ok.
