A New Start

After A Week Aku Berehat Dari Sesi Mengurangkan Berat Badan.. Today Start Balik.. Adakah Aku Berjaya?? Naaa I Dont Think So.. The Belly Is Still Huge.. And A Week Off Ani Makes Me Gain A Few Kilo Sandi Bah.. Mengurangkan Kedia Seksa Rasaku With Gym And Jogging Plus Makan Lagi Ku Jagai Somehow The Fat Is Too Bloody Stubborn.. Sampai Ada Ckp Aku Gain Weight.. Hahaha Tapikan Yang Hairannya.. I Lose An Inch On My Waist I.e Kurg Satu Lubang G Arah Tali Pinggang Then Baju Baju Ku Yang Dulunya Fit Ku Pakai Ani Selesa Udah.. Okaylah I Do Admit Kalau Duduk Memang Menempiar Lamak Paot But Hey Who Doesnt Especially With The Amount Of Blubber I Got On My Belly.. But I Dont Admit Aku Ani Kurus.. Bila Jua.. I Still Am A Fat Bot No Matter How Hard I Tried To Lose Weight.. People Didnt Know I Can Jog Further Or Bust My Ass At The Gym.. To Them I Still Am A Fat Boy..
So Since Its A New Weeks So Everything Has To Start Back To Square One.. I Dont Think Im Gonna Skip Meal.. I Just Gonna Eat But Sensibly.. Nya Doktor Membuang Satu Category Makanan Dari Our Diet Is Wrong.. Apa Yang Diperlukan Ialah Keseimbangan.. So Here Goes.. Yang Perlu Dikurangkan Ialah Yang Banyak Lemak, Yang Berminyak And Manis.. Hahaha Easier Said Than Done.. Gym Time Will Be Increase As Well.. Trying To Make 3 Times A Week Rather Than The Usual 2.. Run Time Pun Need To Improve.. As Well As Concentrating Lots On The Abdomen Region And By 1 Ramadhan Let See If I Will Be A Few Inch Smaller.. Insya Allah.. So Call Me Fat I Dont Care.. Call Me Plump.. Call Me Chubby.. I Dont Care.. I Am Making A Change Again.. So Sue Me For Trying.. :p
