Self Proclaimed Jeans Day Today Tapi Arah Instagram And Twitterku Terbuat Gym Day.. Eh Apalah.. I Beaten Everyone When I Arrived At The Office Today.. Even The Restaurants Downstair Is Not Open Yet When I Arrived.. Even My Dad Was Surprised When I Was Ready For Work.. Hahaha.. Mana Nda.. I Slept The Whole Of Last Night.. Only To Wake Up At Ard Half Past Midnight Then Sambung Balik Tidur.. Bangun2 Pagi Tadi Atu Nyaman Rasa Badanku.. Especially My Back Yang Sangal And Sakit Seharian Kemarin.. Bebanar Tah Ku Main Back Atu.. And Today.. Its Chest Workout Day.. So Im Checking The Youtube.. I Need Variation.. Still Concentrating On Dumbbells Exercise But I Just Need A Few More Variation.. Not To Get Bigger But To Rip The Fat.. Landir Bah Masih Susuku Ah Ahahaha..
