Pagi Pagi Makan Eskrem Nya Kawan Ku..

Yatah Ulah2 My Officemate Time Boss Ku Cuti Ani.. Ice Cream For Breakfast Geleng2 Ku Meliat.. Pasal Makan Durg Ani Nda Lagi Medulikan Org Lain Banar Tah.. Especially Ka Bubui Kalau Nda Bergandang Mulutnya Nda Beranti Bercakap.. Kalau Nda Beranti Bercakap Mengunyah Tia Non-Stop Its Like Clock Work Membari Gregitan Tapi Bila Udah Ya Nada Kecarian Tah Jua Olehnya.. Membari Gali Hati Banar Meliat Durang Berabut Mengaut Ice Cream. So I Opted For Cereal With Low Fat Dutch Lady Milk Saja.. But Honestly The Cold Milk Didnt Seat Well In My Tummy As To Any Oily Stuff.. Over Month Of Low Intake On Those Kind Food Sensitive Paot Olehnya.. Even The Other Went Mum Was Staying At Granny's Place.. She Cooked One Of My Favourite Dish Ayam Masak Merah Kah Ayam Berkerisiki Honest I Forgot.. In Front Of Her I Took A Few Pieces Then Just Cleanse All The Oil And Spice Down The Sink.. Geleng2 My Mum Well What Else I Can Do.. Shredded The Chicken Makan Sama Baked Beans And Toast.. Did I Miss Lots Of Good Taste Fatty Food..? The Answer Is No Really Coz I Set Or Give Myself One Day Just To Indulge Myself With Those Kind Of Food.. Some People Dont Agree With This.. And Tends To Pass On Remarks Like Diet? Makan Mu Atu..? I Just Smile Ngalih Ku Sudah Kan Explain.. Biar Ca Kalau Ada Yang Mengucapkan Kah.. Mengkritik Kah Malas Lah Udah Kan Meluruskan.. All I Knw Is I Must Keep Into My Discipline.. Buat Apa Saja Yang Advice Kana Bagi.. Am I Seeing The Result..? Thats Up To You Guys Lah Yang Bagi Keputusan And If Alum Ada Perubahan Pun Well Im Just Gonna Try Harder Saja.. Yang Penting You Put Effort On It.. The Past Few Days Ive Been Doing A Few Hundreds Of Sit Up Jirul And Herman Been Giving Me Advice To Do A Minimum Of 1000 Sit-ups Crunches, Lower Belly Exercise.. And Spread It Out All Through The Day... Of Coz Not In One Go.. Gila Mun Atu Terus Terang Nda Ku Sanggup Tu Eh.. Baru 300 Each Session Udah Ku Angih2 And Bida Mua..? How Do I Knw? Aku Tau Lah Mua Ku Kali Ah Hehehehehehe Over Defensive.. Body Is A Bit Sore Well A Lil Much Then My Liking.. Why? First Of Done A Proper Jogging Yesterday And Since I Had Futsal In The Night I Opted To Go For An Early Jog Of Which Im Glad I Did It.. I Just Missed The Rain Keh Keh Keh.. Bear In Mind I Havent Been Clocking A Proper Mile The Last Few Weeks Just A Here And There Run About.. So As Expected The First Half An Hour Was A Real Torture.. In The First 15 Mins Into The Run My Knees Is Niggling.. My Calves Well They're Just Torture.. And My Pace Was Uneven It Just More A Sheer Will And A Repititive Saying In My Head Telling To Myself "Ur Still A Fatboy, Ur Still A Fatboy" Pheww I Set My Mentality For A 45 Minutes Jog Yup Yup Yup I Did That.. Then Went For A Futsal Game With The Lads And That Was Fun.. Too Tiring I Just Opted For Being A Goalie In The Last Few Games.. Lalah Banar.. Hence Why I Woke Up Late This Morning Ha Ha! Anyway Good Productive Day Yesterday.. And Today Somewhat Plan For A Tasek Lama Outing With The Officemates.. Awal-awal Pagi Udah Kana Book Oleh Our Receptionist Membawa Menasek Lagi.. And Im Planning If I Wasnt As Satisfied As Last Week Im Gonna Go For A Run Along The Capital Yihaaaaa.. Hantam Biar Tercabut Jua Lutut Atu..
