No They're Not Always Right

Alright These Past Few Days I've Been Listening Complains From A Few Friends Regarding A Bad Service By A Seller And Abrasive Customer.. So Do The Term "The Customer Is Always Right" Is Actually True?? Just A Quick FYI The Term "The Customer Is Always Right" Created By The Guy Who Found Selfridges In 1909.. You Selfrisdges That Shop In London.. Ahh Yatah Udah.. Malas Ku Explain Lebih Lanjut Haa Haa..

Anyhoot When It Comes To Customer Services Memang We Will Come Across A Few Who Just Makes Our Blood Boils Up.. So With Regard Of That Term.. I Did A Few Research And To Be Very Honest Its More Of A 50/50 Difference.. Some Support It.. Some Are Against It.. If You Get To Ask Me.. Based On Previous Experience.. Customer Ani Bilanya Jenis Yang Berbudi Bahasa.. Its Great Doing Business With Them.. But Mind You If You Come Across Just One Rude And Abrasive Customer It Will Ruin The Rest Of Your Day..

We Just Have To Remember That Bad Customers Create Bad Business.. And If Let That Very Term Happen Then We Gave This Bad Customer An Unfair Advantage.. You See Customer Simple They Will Take An Advantage On You At Every Opportunity.. We Have To Remember We Human Makes Mistakes And Can Be Wrong Too.. Well Customers Are Human Too.. Keep That In Mind..

Lets Have An Example.. One Situation In My Mum's Restaurant.. One Customer Ordered Nasi Goreng Pattaya.. Her Food Was Almost Ready The Only Thing That Is Left Was To Make An Omelet.. Then She Called Up My Sister That She Wanted To Change The Menu To Nasi Ayam Penyet.. Then My Sister Told Her That Her Food Was Ready But She Said No She Wanted To Change It Nasi Penyet.. So We Just Follow Her Request But When She Was About To Pay Her Bills.. She Was Surprised That We Included Nasi Goreng Pattaya In Her Bills And We Even Packed The Food For Her.. Her Argument Was That She Changed Her Order.. Correct But Since The Food Was Ready To Be Served And We Explained This To Her But Still She Insist On Changing Her Menu Than We Cannot Do Anything But To Charge Her Extra.. My Sister Said Didn't She Repeated Her Order Before Sending It To The Kitchen.. Did My Sister Said Her Food Was Already Ready To Be Served.. So Mau Nda Mau Dengan Muanya Yang Masam She Paid The Bill And Took Her Food.. Simple Saja.. Customer Tend To Forget That Kalau Kan Tukar Menu Tanya Dulu.. Udah Kah Nda Berbuat Makanannya.. Kemudian All Those Bahan Bahan.. Cost Money To Buy.. Jangan Pernah Lupa Akan Hal Atu..


Alright Now Lets Touch On The Seller Side.. Yes We As A Customer Also Have Experienced With Rude Waitresses, Poor Customer Service And It Is One Such Turn Off To Come Back And Enjoy Their Services.. Nganya For Me Kalau Nganya Ia Marung Atu Boleh Lah Ku Sabar Sikit Maybe He/She Is Having A Bad Day.. Even Professional Pun Pandai Buat Salah Kan.. Tho For That A Seller Has To Be Remember Without Having Customer Our Business Will Not Take Off.. Especially If Our Business Is A Small One And Home Based Which Needed Word Of Mouth As It Selling Point.. How Many Times Tani Kejumpaan Customer Yang Balik2 Bertanya Tapi Nda Membali.. Customer Yang Tau Complain Saja.. But Atu Udah Nama Asam Garam Berniaga.. We Just Have To Take It On The Chain And Move On.. 

One Thing For Sure Is That We Are A Both The Seller And The Customer At One Point In Our Life.. We Have Experienced Both Sides Of The Table.. So Why Don't We Be The Better Person.. Senang Bah Itu Macam Less Drama Lagi.. Kan Kan..
