Eh Ari Rabu Panya Masih Ni

Trust Me Bukannya Aku Sorang Saja Ni Yang Fikir Yang Hari Ani Adalah Hari Khamis.. In Fact Dari Last Night Udah Ku Bertanya Pada Diri Ku Sendiri Esok Hari Rabu Kan? Somehow This Week Is Way Different Then Last Week Terasa The Time Flies Very Slow.. Which Is Always A Good Thing Isnt It Pasalnya All This While Everybody Been Saying How Fast The Days Move Week In Week Out.. So Its Entering The First Week Of My So-Called Sesi Penyeksaan Diri So Far Today Alhamdulillah Its Not That Bad.. Kalau Kan Dibandingkan Dengan Kemarin I Was Really Really Tired.. Sampai Perlu Balik Ke Rumah Dan Tidur Sekajap.. But Today I Feel A Lil Bit Fress Probably Pasal I Have Like Over 7 Hours Of Sleep.. Sodap Tido Ku Di Malam Why? A Combination Of Morning Jog And Tasek Lama Hike Really Helps You To Sleep Well Hahaha Iaawaaa.. Yesterday As Well With The Help Of Nas I Broke My Personal Best Time Of Which Melalui Sarang Helang Dan Buluh From 1 Hr 3 Mins To 58 Mins.. And I Admit It Having Someone To Check Ur Time And Apalagi Org Yang Andang Fit Really Helps.. Cutting Down Rehat Time Di Puncak Sarang Helang And Then Given Target Time Untuk Satu Spot Memang Seksa.. And I Tell You Guys.. I Was Actually Running Empty Tank On the Last Few Steps Kan Sampai Ke Kawasan Pondok.. Tuhan Saja Tau Dari Mana Ku Dpt Energy Berlari Naik Atu.. Yth Rasanya Kan Terkeluar Biji Halkum Hehehe.. Yth Tadi Pagi Pun When I Did My Morning Jog Terasa My Stamina Ada Meningkat Steps Pun Terasa Ringan.. In All I Really Enjoyed My Morning Jog Session Yth Eski Olehnya Kan Buat Lagi Esok Pagi Probably Im Gonna Try And Jauhkan Lagi Sikit My Running Distance For Tomorrow Insya Allah
