Back Session Log For Monday 4-2-2013.. Here Goes:

1) ISO Pull Down (Behind Neck) Using Hammer Strength Machine!



4 Sets - Starting Weight: 35 Kg - 12 Reps, 45 - 12, 55 - 10, 35 - 12 (Cool Down Weight). 

2) ISO Pull Down Using Hammer Strength Machine!



4 Sets - Starting Weight: 15 Kg - 12 Reps, 25 - 12, 35 - 12, 15 - 15 (Cool Down Weight).

3) ISO Low Row Using Hammer Strength Machine!



4 Sets - Starting Weight: 20 Kg - 15 Reps, 35 - 12, 45 - 10, 20 - 15 (Cool Down Weight).

4) ISO Row Using Hammer Strength Machine!



4 Sets - Starting Weight: 20 Kg - 15 Reps, 30 - 12, 45 - 10, 20 - 15 (Cool Down Weight).

5) T-Bar Row Pull Up!




4 Sets - Starting Weight: 30 Kg - 12 Reps, 40 - 12, 55 - 12, 30 - 15 (Cool Down Weight). Wanted  To Do A Romanian Dead Lift But Barbell Kana Pakai.. Biasa Monday! Memang Berjurit Tu Jelama Di Gym Aaa.

6) Vertical Seated Row Using Parallel Grip!


4 Sets - Starting Weight: 120 Lbs - 12 Reps, 135 - 12, 150 - 12, 120 - 15 (Cool Down Weight).

And That Concludes Our Session Last Night.. Since We Were One Man Down.. Terasa Jua Lah Kami Main Laju Atu.. Actually Aku Nada Mood Bebanar Bah Kemarin Atu.. Kalau Mun Aku Sorg Malas Tah Ku Tu Kan Bebanar Menganang Ada C Wen.. Hehehe.. But Yalah Bila Udah Dipaksa Atu.. Siuk Jua.. Puiiii Udah Atu!
