Gym Workout.. Behapakan? Rehat Bah

 Last Monday.. Back Session On ISO Low Row Machine.. Lapas Lapas Azan.. Tarus Pump Ani.. Ahaha Sampat Lagi Vaining..
 Round 2.. At Friend's Place.. Triceps And Biceps Work Out.. Jantah Rehat N Aku Puas Ati After Aku Mem-pump C Aweng.. Timbul Udah Tarus Bicepsnya.. CHUFFED!

Batah Ku Nda Ke Harun Gym So Yesterday I Went There... Aiiii Rindu Ku Kan Bau That Place Hehe


So I Had This Conversation With A Friend Last Night.. It Caused A Bit Of Concern Because At This Point I Should Somewhere.. But As Far As I'm Concern I Haven't Had That Much Progress To Show.. Apart From My Power.. Iatah From Now On.. I Have To Put A Lil Bit More Effort In Disciplined Especially With Eating.. And More Importantly Rest & Sleeping Hours.. Plus I Must Now Concentrate More On Lifting Medium Weights Rather That Then Usual Not So Heavy Lift.. Plus Higher Reps.. Erkkkssss.. So Starting Today.. I'm Concentrating On That..
