Kan Ceta Ceta Ku Eh

Feeling A Bit Tired Today.. I Probably Push Myself A Bit More Than Last Week.. Heh Tu Lah Makan Lagi Nah Nah Opsss Sori Makan Lagi Berabis Nah Hehehehehe.. But Nevertheless My Working Out Session For This Week Is Quiet Okay Laaaa.. Tiring But Im Happy With It.. And The Best Thing About It Is Tidor Malam Was Just Like Snap Tau Tau Aik Dah Subuh.. Which Is Good Really.. Before In A Week Atu I Hardly Had Over 6 Hours Of Sleep.. But Now Alhamdulillah.. Another Good Things But Life In Kb.. Jarang Udah Kan Berambun..
Heeeeeee Cool Ah Photo Ah.. Will Power Is All That About.. Maybe One Day Dapat Ku Buat Running Pose Macam Ani.. Ani Masih Lagi Siput My Pace.. That Is Why I'm Doing HIIT And Sprint Training.. Mau Kasi Tinggi Itu Fitness.. Plus I Am Following This Canadian Guy Arah Youtube.. High Intensity Interval Training And Sprint Ani Vital Jua Especially Kalau Kan Mau Lose Weight.. And Improving My Stamina.. So Right Now I'm Mixing It Not Just Distance Running But Im Doing Sprint Apa.. Admitting Right Now Alum Lah Berapa Sangat But As The Saying Goes.. You Wont Go Thin Overnight.. All I Need Is Consistency And Effort.. Nganya Tu Lah Yang Paling Susah.. Curbing Nafsu Makan.. Susah Susah..
And Secondly.. Do You Agree.. When I Said Lain Boss Lain Karenah Dan Lain Cara Bekerja.. And Kitani Sebagai Orang Bawahan Pun Kena Adjust Jua Kan.. Sometime Following The Rules By The Book Pun Nda Jua Dpt.. Kita Kena Fikir Secara Logik And Put Common Sense In Your Thinking.. Here Is The Situation I Am Right Now..
