Saturday 11/01/2020

بِسْمِ اللهِ الرَّحْمنِ الرَّحِيمِ

It's the weekend guys. And since it's a Saturday biasalah mesti rajinkan diri dengan riadah yang nda seberapa.


I think the weather helps lah today. Dijadikan cerita masa otw ngantar my Wife mulai udah rintis2 ujan atu and then ku gtau my Wife i'm gonna hit the cardio arah taman HPC saja. And alhamdulillah i managed to hit 4km. Damn proud of myself son!


Then people will quick to comment lapas exercise makan! I mean seriously if you have a better knowledge on when to eat after exercising please advise me. I can accept that the food that i ate nda healthy but serious. When you exercise you work out your muscles which then you need to replenish. It's called recovery bah. Sadang2 jua eh. 







Makan lagi? Yes i still need to eat bah. Mind you usually lapas ku work out i will had a light meal or if nada plan kan makan tengah hari i will have a proper brunch. And usually i will do a short jumping jack exercise dalam bilik then rehat then baru ku mandi apa then baru ku nap then baru ku bangun untuk ambil my Wife hahahahahaha atu triggered aku ah.

Mendgni my Wife buat check up di klinik Sengkurong. And then kan udah kami balik ku liat my car ani bah atu berkulat. I have to admit batah udah nda ku menyuci kereta hahahahaha.


Kamu tahu aku bah develop this craving for burger gerai lately so masa kami otw balik KB. Singgah tah sekajap di gerai Telisai so i can have one. Ughhhhh!

When we arrived home. Mom gtau ya masak Kuey Teow and my dad was having some but kedia biasalah Kuey Teow Basah. So nyangku esok saja ku makan aa but i had a lil bit of it from mangkuk my Wife hahahaha FAIL!
