Finally Finished A 10 Km Route Yesterday.. And With A Slight Improvement I Must Say.. From A 39 Minutes Jog On Monday.. I Improve My Endurance To A Full 16 Minutes.. It Will Take Quite A While For Me To Get Back To The Fitness Level That I Had During Ramadhan And To Be Honest That Wasnt That Too Long Ago.. But A Combination Of Crazy Eating, A Long Break Really Mess My Stamina.. I Need To Re-gain My Running Stride.. I Changed Steps And Strides Too Much And The Stitches Is Still There But At Least It Wasnt As Bad As It Was Yesterday.. And Running In The Rain My Goodness That Was A Great Feeling.. Siuk Berbanar..
