Aiang Suam Like 4 Galas Then Just A Few Kurma.. Mana Nda Lapar Pagi Ani.. Plus Mata G Ngantuk And Top It Up With The Weather Ya Ain.. Barat Banar Mata Ani.. Mun Dpt Bah Nyaman Ni Tido Antah Antah Lapas Asar Baru Tia Bangun Kali..
And I Dunno Why I Really Feel Tired.. Maybe Sal Bebanar Ku Kemarin Belusir Di Stadium Atu.. The Story Was To Start As Usual With Jirul And Kimon But I Ran A Lil Bit Late So When I Arrived The Guys Already Started Running.. So Nevermind I Just Ran On My Own Took My Time Warming Up.. Coz For Damn Sure I Aint That Fast Of A Runner To Catch Them Up.. So Since Its A Monday I Just Stick To The Usual Plan Of Just Having A Maintenance Run.. Kali Kejumpaan Durg Di Kawasan RoundAbout Pusat Dakwah Of Which Then I Just Ran Straight Off Too The T Junction Traffic Light In Front Of Berakas Camp..

Then Try To Top Up Kan Buat Stairs Running Nda Ku Mampu Eh.. Karing Banar Udah Leher And Dada Pun Terasa Barat.. Paot Ani Jantah Di Tanya Memang Nyucuk2 Udah.. Tapinya I Have To Admit Berlari Time Kitani Masih Puasa Ani Terasa Banar Ringannya.. Iatah SIUK!
Anyway Just To Share A Bit With U Guys Lah Ah.. Cam Lately Ive Been Scaling My Weight But Honestly Memang Rusak Kali Tu Timbangan Di Umah Atu But Thats Not The Point Really.. Apa Yang Kan Ku Share Ani Actually Pasal For Us Yang Dulunya Large Then We Did Diet And Running P Masih Jua Nda Satisfied Especially With The Flabby Part.. So I Asked This Friend Of Mine A Few Tips.. On How To Lose It..
So First Off Nya Obviously The Kind Of Food We Ate.. Toh Nyangku Atu Tah Yang Payah Tu.. Especially Kalau Udah Tais Liur Atu.. And Plus The Fact That Every Saturday Midnight Mengunyah Mc-D Ahahahaha.. And Then After Tani Jog Atu Kalau Bleh Add It Up Lagi Dengan Strength Training.. Seperti Lari Tani For 30 Mins Then Do Weights Lah Tu.. Like Things I Did Before.. Ari Ani Jogging Esok Gym.. Kalau Dipikir Banar Plang Tu Salnya We Did Lose A Considerable Amount Of Weight Whilst Burning Those Fats Jua But Muscle Tani Nda Dikuatkan.. Iatah Landir Atu..
