3 Hari Udah Nda Ku Belusir.. Haiya Makan Pun Feel Guilty Leh Nya Banar Tah Hahaha.. Well Last Night Kami Tgh Discuss About The Guys Yang Serious Kan Join Belusir.. If What Is Said Being True Then Im Seeing My Running Group Is Growing And That Only Means Good News.. But I Really Am Looking Forward Kan Bawa This Friend Of Mine Jogging.. And See Can He Lose Weight Kah Nda.. Not To Pressure Him But Seriously Jirul Myself And The Others Are Trying To Help Each Other Just To Get Ourself In Better Shape Saja..
Biasaklah Agree Or Not.. Mun Badan Tani Ani Basar & Lampuh Trust Me.. We're Just Doing Favours For Bullies.. We're Should Not Be Ashame On How We Look Like.. But Its Easier Said Than Done I Suppose.. "Eeee Baik Nda Payah Membali Baju And Sluar Ko Ani?", "Eeee Bergagar Lamaknya Ah Berjalan!!!" Just To Name A Few.. Maybe To The Other Thin People That Is Just Normal But U Never Knw The Impact It Did On One's Life..
I Knw.. Been There Myself.. U Knw Somehow Uve Been Singled Out For Everything.. Uve Been Overlooked As Well.. Its Really Is That Bad.. Some Of Us Choose To Ignore It But Quitely Feel Sorry For Ourself.. But We Just Do Nothing.. No What Im Trying To Say Here Be Thankful For What U Look Like.. But If U Want To Change Urself And Make Urself Looks Better.. And Be More Healthy Why Not Give Urself At Least Half AN Hr A Day.. And Just Run.. Yeah U Might Not Lose Weight Straight Away.. But At Least U Feel Better About Urself.. Ur Making A Change.. Ur Putting Extra Effort.. Peduli Apa Org Ckp.. Yang Penting Tani Buat Tani Lakukan.. Bila Tani Berjaya Its A Self Satisfaction.. And Trust Slowly It Will Become A Daily Routine For U...
Because Im A Person Who Believes That Nobody Can Change You Unless Our Very Own Self Decide To Change...
