Siuk Eh.. 2 3 Org Saja Bah Dtg.. Mun Patang Kang.. Banar.. Sunyi Bah Ni Opis Ah.. Ku Lagau Org Lepak Party Party Di Opis Ku Ani.. Kana Buang Kaja Ku Kang.. Well Nda Plang Hajat Ku Cematu But Saja Kan Describe Betapa Sunyi Nya Opis Masa Ani.. Mun Org Kan Buat Projek Projek Bah Sipun Pun Haik2 Berhantak Dinding Pai Patah Ranap Meja Ni Mana Jua Org Tau.. Udah Namanya Sunyi.. Boh Panjang..

Well If U Guys Recalled Pasal The Fatal Accident Yang Di Junjungan Atu Yth Udah Tu The Survivor.. Its Good To Know That She Is Progessing Well And To See Her Back Walking From That Freak Accident..
Then After That Off To Tutung To Kasihz House Then Too Lambak Kanan Umah C G Boy Where Durang Enjoy Bebanar Menyanyi And Makan And Bergambar Ramai.. Of Coz Tu Owh Owh Owh Sama Mengibunkan Org Menyamal Ahahahahahahaha.. Kasian Ih.. Yth Bah Pasal Beraya And Makan2 Ani.. Susah Jua Ati Pasalnya Payah Kan Menjumpa Good Time Untuk Jogging Ani.. And Talking About Jogging Im Kinda Worried Right Now Jua Pasalnya.. At The Moment Im Kinda Suffering From An Injury..
Im Not A 100% Sure About It.. But I Did Some Research On The Internet And I Do Believe My Posterior Talofibular Ligament Yang Di Bawah Ankle Atu Yang Injured.. Im Not Sure I Hurt It.. And One Common Cause To It Is By Jogging.. P Nya Time Jogging Nda Plang Sakit But When I Stretch It Sakit Tia.. Or Kalau Berjalan Nda Berkasut Terhantak Arah Kawasan Heal Atu Terasa Tia A Sharp Pain.. I Do Hope Im Wrong Plang Mun Tah Banar Susah Jua Ati Ku.. Naik Tah Lagi Badan Tu.. Ish Ish Ish Nahhhhhh!!!
