And This Was Last Sunday

 It Has Been A Routine Sudah To Have A Cardio Session Before Weight Training.. And Minimum Timing Is Always 20 Mins But Nowadays I Can Do 30 Mins Sudah Walaupun Sukar Rasanya.. But Last Sunday Adalah A Few Kawan Kawan Ku Ani Luan Eski Kan Turun Ke Kb Kan Lepak Di Rooftop So Terpaksa Th Ku Cut Short My Cardio Session
Had A Shoulder Session If I'm Not Mistaken But Somehow Nda Ku Fully Enjoy It.. Namanya Kelam Kabut But Nonetheless A Short Session Is Always Better Than A No Session
 I Was A Bit Late Hence They Call Me Wadi 20 Mins.. Membari Malassssssssssssssssssssssssssssss!

Owh Lepak Di Cb G Kami Lapas Atu.. Okay Honestly.. I Do Admit GoPro Is One Cool Gadget To Own.. But The Pole Thingy Its A Bit Too Much For Me.. Still Its A No No For Me.. Too Pricy Unless I'm An Adventure Freak.. Only Then I Get Myself One.. 

Anyway It Was Always Time Well Spend If I Spend It With This Lot.. Here Is Too More Happy Days.. Amin!
