When I Tortured My Friend Last Night With A Full Upper Body Workout

 We Started With Standing Shoulder Press.. The Best Is To Use A Dumbbells But For Stability Matter And Since We're Doing A High Reps.. Weight Machine Is The Best 
 Second Game Of The Night Upright Row.. Light - Medium Weight.. With 10 Secs Rest For Each Sets Ouch..
The Final Game For Shoulder Bent Over Side Lateral Raise.. Or Some Might Call This Reverse Fly But Yang Paling Banarnya.. Exercise Membari Paning Ni Hahahaha
 Then We Had A Few Mins Rest Before Hitting Our Chest And To Start It With.. We Did A Normal Chest Press Of 20 Reps.. And Since The Weight Is Light For Me.. I Did a 30 Reps
 Then Straight After 3 Reps Of Normal Chest Press We Did An Incline Chest Press.. All In High Reps
 And To Finish Off Our Chest Routine We Did Decline Chest Press.. 3 Sets Each With A High Reps Minimum 15 - 20 Reps
 And As Usual A Quick Rest Before Hitting Our Back.. And Starting It With A Lat Pull Down High Reps With A Light - Medium Weight..
 2nd Game For Our Back Is We Did A Seated Low Row.. 20 Reps.. If You Do It Right This Exercise Is Intense.. Jantung Pun Kabak2 Banar Nie Olehnya..
 And Our Last Routine For The Night Is Bent Over Row... Ani Pun Aku Suka Ni Really Challenging 
 To Finish The Night We Did A Few Routines On The Triceps And Biceps.. Plus Vaining..(Aku Saja Tu).. Kan Membali Barut Baru Ku.. Biar Sandi Paluhnya Paot Ku
And After A Good Workout.. The Best Part.. Having A Cold Protein Shake P/s Cua Liat Chest Org Belakang Ah Sandi!

Owh And Jua Yang Baju Itam Atu Model Kami Saja Tu Hahahaha Nadawah.. And When I Said Tortured.. Aku Pun Menyeksa Diri Ku Sendiri.. My Body Is Sore And God Bless Those Who Invent Amino.. Teeheehee
