I am back guys! Currently sitting down on my bed while watching the Charity Shield match between Liverpool and Chelsea. I have to say, I am loving the connection tonight. It is super smooth and no lag. I hope I didn't jinx it hahaha.
So the objective of today's blog is to share my weekend sajalah aaa.
Finally! It's been a stop and start session bah. First batuk then barukan baik gout timbul! Haish lain nyamo udah tuha ani. Had a good session yesterday as I now managed to a consistent session of maintaining plus 5 elevation on the treadmill. I was also constantly checking my heart rate jua because I do not want it to be higher than 134-5. Although a quick check on the internet if I want to prolong my fat burning zone, my target heart rate should not be over 122.
It does kinda heart to lose weight when you are already 45 years old haha.
Purposely went for a fasted gym session so when I was done it was already midday. Met my wife at Kopitiam 77 in Menglait, a struggling Kopitiam that went viral at tiktok. We went there a few weeks ago and love the kolo mee. Ramai jua eh kemari for lunch time. We managed to get a table and ordered ayam penyet, wantan goreng and bitter gourd with beef. We really enjoyed our food.
The ayam penyet was crispy yet the meat was juicy. The sambal was okay plus if you love your sambal penyet mixed with a bit of belacan, you should give it a try. The bitter gourd is also delicious, the combination of the sauce with the veggies was just right. If nda percaya, mencubatah.
Nowadays, I would left my other phone where my number was already exposed to contractors, tenants and such. Bro need a mental break from responding to daily complaints and such. Well, I'm not saying I didn't check but once its lunch time Saturday, bawa bertanang saja hahaha.
Stopped by Rimba Point before heading back home as I wanted to change new batteries for a couple of my watch then taus tah had dinner there. Ani aku first time sharing how I look with glasses hahaha. Alum plang officially ni, need to get my eye checked again then barutah ku bali kacamata. Tuha sudah lai!
