Chest Session 4/05/2013

Incline Press Hammer & Strength Machine 5 Sets 20 Kg - 15 Reps, 30 Kg - 12 Reps, 40 Kg - 12 Reps, 50 Kg - 10 Reps, 60 Kg - 10 Reps.. This Machine Begin To Grow On Me.. Just Take An Example That 60 Kg (30 On Each Side) Cuatah Using Dumbbells Kiyal Kiyal Ya Mengangkat Tu.. But Using This Gives Me A Very Good Stability So I Don't Waste Much Energies On Trying To Balance The Weight 
Dumbbell Press 6 Sets : 12 Kg - 15 Reps, 15 Kg - 12 Reps, 18 Kg - 12 Reps, 20 Kg - 10 Reps, 24 Kg - 10 Reps, 27 Kg - 10 Reps
Decline Dumbell Press 6 Sets : 12 Kg - 15 Reps, 15 Kg - 12 Reps, 18 Kg - 12 Reps, 20 Kg - 10 Reps, 24 Kg - 10 Reps, 30 Kg - 10 Reps 
Seated Chest Press Machine (Underhand) 4 Sets : 70 Lbs - 15 Reps, 90 Lbs - 15 Reps, 110 Lbs - 15 Reps, 140 Lbs - 15 Reps
