Saturday 27/10/2018

Owh Saturday what took you so long to arrive! Heh!


It was really hot that morning and i took my Wifey's advice untuk just go to the gym for an indoor work out. Biasaklah mana jua lain tampat kan ku tuju kalau bukan di Harun's Gym batu bersurat. In my mind sini ani berjurit treadmill nya boleh lah ku have a short run. Kenyataan ku meleset. Its been years since i went here for a workout. And my god the place look super run down. None of its treadmill actually works adalah one elliptical machine yang masih work so i just use that for a cardio. Did a short shoulder and back workout with light weights. Then i'm done for the day. 

Nganya if i were to come here again for a workout i have to make sure that i went for an outdoor jog dulu to get a proper cardiovascular work out. Though for saying that i do believe proper schedule can go a long way where i can get a proper cardiovascular workout throughout the week then just concentrate on Saturday for strength training. 

Honestly walaupun lifting ku ringan nganya once selasai the way my body felt really tone up atu ah nyaman bah hahahaha nganya satu saja masalahnya which you guys will eventually find out as you read on.


Ambassadorial work dilupa jangan. Iatah Rizumu owner commented on my IG post. Iatah i replied i need to add on a few colours. Nada kana layan eh hahahahahahahaha.



Aku atu mengutip all the coins in my car kan ku masukkan dalam tabung. Sekaliiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiii nampak tah ku ni usin pacah baru aaa. Eski ku meliat design nya hahahahaha cawi kau Wadi!


Basmati rice and oven bake thigh for breakfast. Yes you read it right. Its my breakfast. Alum ku makan before jalan and then when i did my workout atu i was doing it on an empty tank hence bila ku sampai umah kajar udah tangan kelaparan.

And this was my Wife's lunch pack. I seriously need to follow her suit. More greens! btw kenapa kedia ada wing atu and aku nada? Hmmmm nda adil ini!


Its that time of the month where i have collected all the collection money for our pantry. So apalagi ke Katimahar lah ku membali barang di sana. Kira tampat biasa ku balik barang. Collection this month hebat yo! Seratus labih and in fact this is kira second shopping and berulih dua basket.


Nah panuh berpilastik pilastik nyamo hehehehe.


Before ngantar ke opis singgah ku dulu ke Mekong di bandar for a late lunch. Kelaparan banar ku yatah ku malas ni kalau buat strength training makan tia saja.

Hope this can last the whole month. Well i doubt the munchies will last though. I may have to re-stock again mid November.





Yang part ani melayan craving my Wife. Kedia mau makan kek di Sapphira. Kemarin udah ku ya minta balikan sekali aku nda mau pasalnya konon kan jog. Kali nda batah atu ada lagi ya sharing kek di Mr Baker. Nda jua ku sampai hati so ku balikan tah saja kek atu dulu and cancel my jog session. Ish!

Actually nda plang ku lupa membali minyak. Kononnya aku atu kan membali minyak masa otw kan balik KB. Lupa tah ku jua yang today government employee terima hence kan semua stesen minyak di Sengkurong and Jerudong panuh. And then di Tanjung Nangka tutup. Malas ku kan berpusing ke Kilanas di Tutong tah saja ku lajaukan. Baik jua masih okay range ku. Mun nda gagaran eh.

Sunday and my god makan saja ku kemarin. Nganya badan tired berabis so nda tah ku jadi keluar umah awal pagi for a morning jog. Heh!



I think seingat ku aaa iatah nganya the few times yang kami keluar bah ni. Membali stock utk makan next week and then aku kelupaan membali a few item for office pantry. Tu nah tisu ah impurtannnnnnnn tuuuu. Barang atu capat abis.



Our lunch that Sunday. Yes we brought beras basmati. Ku cuba banar banar menukar penggunaan beras kami dari beras wangi ke basmati. Hopefully this can help with my weight lose program. I got no problem plang makan baras ani sipun ya tawar. And i love having it saring hehe.



Tidur patang woke up with a grumpy wife who don't want to join you for a jog. Marahi kedia while jogging pasal nda mau cuba slow jog. Hahaha package!


Time to go home to bandar. Awu nda ku mau kan bangun awal pagi and then drive all the way to bandar during morning commute. And then stress out. Kluar masuk spg to avoid the main traffic jam. Tak minat lah. I told my parents udah cuti sekulah kang baruku balik on Monday ok. Jangan ambil ati ok.

Monday and my god we're still in October?


Sesi makan morning team huddle. Setiap hujung bulan to celebrate the birthday babies of the month. The food really looks good. Durg order Seri Balai and i was like sedapnya. Nganya langsung nda ku jangkau. Even the nasi lemak looks great. Nda apalah makan barang boring and repetitive food sampai target weight ku achieve. Bila and how long it will take? Selagi biniku masih do her weight thingy selagi atu nda ku stop. 

Muka sedih pasal ah well can't share online guys hahahaha.

Suruhnya aa org mengambar c Ah Soon.

Panya ani idea nya c Awg Aji Nuuz ani hahaha.

My lunch which was scrambled egg campur baked beans and sausage rebus.

And this was my wife. Sandi atu baru namanya healthy protein.

My dinner hahahaha ni lah dinamakan ayam steak bidan terjun. Hentam kromo punya marinate. Boleh lah sedap jugak.

Actually nda g payah ku update anymore bah ni for October salnya aku udah achieve my monthly target which was more post per month than it was last year. Hmmmmm cam salah cara ku explain atu. Ah screw it. Liat gambar pun kamu paham jua bah ah. Bah ok adangku. Mun ku rajin esok blogging ku lagi mun ku malas. I see you guys in November In Shaa Allah.

Friday 19/10/2018

Friday and it is the last day of my leave boohoo.






Our last day in KB jua. Salnya my Wife masuk balik office esok.
Sekajap rasanya cuti atu but alhamdulillah for me walaupun ku makan banyak but my cardio pun banyak jua so its worth the time. Kali laaa aaa jua tu.



Nda plang jauh dari tampat kami park our car but my Wife asked kalau dapat run sampai ke river front. I said layan.


The steps that my Wife's watch recorded. Perasaan ku nda plang jauh but yeah whatever way we can measure we will measure it hahaha apakah maksud ku ani jua banarnya.





I promised my family that i will brought them out for breakfast today. Ngam tah jua my Wife tais liur kan makan arah c Qawi. Nganya too bad my other sister Nurul damam hence ya tinggal. And then si Bungsu kami nda jua mau ikut pasalnya kedia sakit paot but as belabih as she is minta order spaghetti from Jollibee lagi tu ish!


Qawi's Kuey Teow Seafood. Pricing? Heh Malas tah ku share. You guys should experience it yourself to enjoy and be surprise!


And of course its roasted chix. It's a must eh!

My sister Wani ordered mee goreng biasa and for me biasalah mee goreng kawin daging tetap jadi pilihan hatiku.

My dad nda happy with his soto. Katanya mee hoon nya masih karas. So i told him bah order lah lagi. Nahhhhhhhhhh kuey teow basah eh di ordernya dari c Qawi. Andang fave nya jua bah.


Org baru kan baik damam jua bah aaa. Nda berapa makan these few days. Masa kami baru balik atu lagi tia my Mum cerita nda makan langsung. Kesiannnnnn..

Selasai breakkie both of us went to My Dobi for our laundry errand.

Asalnya kemarin ku berjanji sama worker c Atak ani kan alignment tayar kereta ku. Sekali nyaman tidur ku hence patang lapas sembahyang Jumat baru ku mengantar atu pun ahir baru kana usai pasalnya ada org ngusai kereta awal atu.

Okay time to go home to Sg Tampoi. Aiiiiiiii ada paddle pop lahh.

Menyampati tah ya lagi haha.


Aku kelaparan sekali kami atu mencari tampat kan makan di Tutong. Told my Wife let's go to Ideal nganya durang under renovation masa ani. So last last ke Easyway tah saja kami to have our dinner well aku plang nganya yang makan.

Ordered Chicken chop. Nyaman plg but honestly i can do better lah hehehe bukan taiming tu aaa.

I have to say not my best #Aftermakanflatlay ever. Kes malas udah ni.
