بِسْمِ اللهِ الرَّحْمنِ الرَّحِيمِ

I have been quite strict with a few months and it seems to work especially when my weight did come down and when I slightly gained, no trouble in getting back into the rhythm. However, progress are slow as its just strictly calories based counting and not putting super effort in the food intake.

Also, ever since the final week of last month, I told myself to reach 21k weekly steps and alhamdulillah so far, I am able to hit it and now has up my weekly target to 28k weekly. Doing well so far but this week was a bit slow as I was on leave the past few days and my step count do follow suit.

The last few days were a total bummer. We went to KK for a short trip and yesterday was my last day of leave so i spent the whole day recovering and sleeping. Luckily today I managed to hit my average daily steps but I have some catching up to do. Wish me luck!

I will try to share a bit on our KK trip in the near future. Back to work and I just dove in straight. December cannot come any quicker.

Post Numbur 3 2026

Happy to share what September has provided so far.

Quite a testing month September has been so far. With mom and dad requiring medical help. Mom was diagnosed with kidney issues. She was having a fever then asthma attack. So, when her test result came back showing her kidneys were having issues, she was hospitalized, we kind of know what's the cause of it but I won't share it here. Alhamdulillah she is recovering well.

Dad was also needing some medical help as he has to endure cataract removal operation on his left eyes. It's been a while to be honest; we are all glad that he finally did it. His left eye is providing HD quality vision right now.

On a very sad note, dad's older brother has peacefully passed away in Labuan. Felt bad for dad as he cannot attend the burial ceremony because there was no ferry scheduled for Tuesday. We went for a visit the next day. Kesian, as his older sister said to him, "tani nganya tinggal ni Wang", I can see he is fighting hard not to cry. May Allah grant tangah Osman syurga dan ditempatkan bersama orang-orang yang beriman. Amin Ya Rabb.

I was sick with fever and coughing due to the hazy weather condition. When Aileen was in our room spending time with me, she told me that when I am better, she wants me to pick her up from school. Your wish is my command!

On Sunday, 13/9/2026, I attended a wedding invitation of our HSSE colleague Fadhly. Alhamdulillah the ceremony went well, we are equally for the couple. Thank you for the invite Fadhly, may Allah ease your new journey with your wife and live under his guidance and may be a Sakinah Mawaddah Warahmah journey. Amin Ya Rabb.

Well, hello everyone. Atu batah blog ani nda active and the last few days, the thought of being back with blogging keep on playing in my head. I am not sure if there is any traffic stopping by here but at the end of the day, I thought hey why not.

Work has been the center of my life lately, commuting from home to office and back really drain your energy a lot. Especially on days when, I have to commute from home to office then to my other office in Sg. Liang then back to office then home. Sampai rumah at 7PM is no longer an anomaly but its fast becoming routine.

I also seen a few colleagues posting on their social medias telling everyone to normalize leaving work at 5PM everyday but somehow on my end it is not the case.

Anyway, enough about work. I will try to share a bit more in here. In Shaa Allah.
