Sekali kan aku bangun this morning i feel better but still short of breath. I told my Wife i need to go to the clinic. Need to get an MC as well as proper medication.

So we went to Yong Clinic in Sengkurong then kejumpaan tah jua petuan my Wife. Kesian berdugal kedia and then its my turn for a check up. Told the Doctor bla bla then wah ada slight ampus ku rupanya. Well nda jua ku hairan banar pasalnya after walking from my office or naik tangga pun udah ku angih2. And of course ada infection. Not surprised jua even one of my colleague shared MC nya and ku liat apa sakitnya wah sama cam aku. I tell you guys our office need air purifierS. 

After dropping my Wife to work then stopped by for a proper breakfast. Been awhile since i had one which actually aku terasa the food. Selama ani bland saja. And this was the rest of my day hehehehe.

Feeling a bit better. Took a csds on Tuesday and i just spent all day in bed. Mun ikut hati kan ambil ku lagi sehari but to be honest luan berparam di bilik sehari semalam atu bosan banar jua eh.

Nda plang ku minat makan antibiotics ani solely pasalnya buat aku beria beria aing hahahahaha but pasal mau baik mesti jua ku makan.

Our lunch today. Went to McD Lambak and had lunch dalam kereta. This is probably my mini birthday celebration. Nada proper mamam apa salnya aku kurang sehat during my birthday weekend.

Had lunch at Ayamku Sengkurong then stopped by at the laundry place next door and my day is done!

Siuk keraja minggu ani. Sekajap saja rasa ku keraja then weekend tia udah. Not much to share jua since aku masih lagi alum sehat banar but recovering well. Mana nda datang keraja pun malas sampai ahir hahaha. Owh we also had makan makan for brunch at rooftop.

Alright let's spend my day off.

After dropping my Wife at her office taus tah aku singgah ke Batu 1 for a spot of breakfast at Rasa Idaman Restaurant. Plus not bothered kan berjalan ke mana-mana jua. Plan kan main game apa p i rather gave myself a good rest then next week let's go roaring hahaha well that was the plan.

Then my Wife shared her lunch pack. And i thought nada ya kanyang ni mun ani nganya makanannya eh.

Like i said i went back home after breakfast and just stayed in bed and sleep. So when its time to pick up my Wife from work. The first thing yang ya gtau aku was LAPAR Eh! Mau takoyaki!

Takoyaki it is then...

Masa untuk mulih ke Kb but first..

Singgah ke BSRC dulu untuk menghadiri tahlil function. Atu pun keakhiran kami udah hahaha but since the function start awal bukan kami saja yang akhir sampai hehe.

Sunday in KB.

I had leftover burgers yang kami tapau from last night function for breakfast. Just need a lil tweak and voila sedap.

Wifey minta masakkan nasi goreng corned beef for lunch and iatah udah ni yang buat. Alhamdulillah craving satisfied.

And of course sebelum balik ke bandar minta gilir tah ku lagi arah my dad. Mesti dibuang angin kush kush yang ada di badan ani.

Start of a new week. Ngantuk but happy haha.

Tidur ku kurang pasalnya after the high of last night Liverpool's football match. Aku mcm pulas kanan pulas kiri mencari sweet spot to fall asleep. When i woke up it was raining heavily and i thought haiyaaaa. Mun nya sambung sleep ni cantik ni. When we were passing by kawasan parit basar di Sg Tampoi and my goodness. Ani bah mun nya labat ujan ani menyambung for another one hour or so kompom naik aing ni.

Getting a spot of breakfast at Oldtime Kopitiam in Menglait. Biasalah kalau udah awal jalan dari umah atu baiktah bersantai makan breakfast. Plus kami dua plan to have a heavy dinner today. Hence why i had quite a heavy breakfast. And then do an intermittent fasting from 8 Am til 5 Pm.

It was still quite early when i arrived at the multi-storey parking area. Had a 10 mins nap then walked all the say to the office.

Busy week ahead with inspections and report and this was one of it. Sorry guys can't go into details about work.

By mid afternoon perut dah mula berkeroncong and apalagi. Milo panas kosong lah jadi teman pengalas perut.

This was the reason why aku kuat ati buat intermittent fasting. Salnya kami kan makan sini. Kira a proper birthday dinner treat by my Wife.

Been craving for Chicken Tikka Masala and today i got to enjoy one. Alhamdulillah another craving well satisfied.

Short one saja laaa.

No breakfast. Last meal was dinner at Le Taj so when it was lunch time i was already starving and alhamdulillah had a good lunch prepared by my Wife.

Sebelum balik menyampati dulu singgah ke mari. Wifey lah tesliyo. Kalau part barang manis and eskerem yang ku shared sini then its mostly my Wife's hehe.

Meant to look for this song online sekali lupa punya pasal then today barutah udah ku ada sikit masa atu. Taus tah ku cari. Took a few browsing and title guessing finally i struck gold.

My dear readers, i know we're entering the 3rd week of April and this is the first post yang ku buat. I started compiling all stuff yang kan ku blog then in shaa Allah once aku ada ample time. Berabis tah ku ni kang updating my blog okeh.
