 Hammer Strength Incline Press 4 Sets : 20 Kg (10 A Side) - 25 Reps, 30 Kg (15 A Side) - 25 Reps, 40 Kg (20 A Side) - 25 Reps, 50 Kg (25 A Side) - 15 Reps
 Seated Underhand Press 4 Sets 80 - 100 Lbs - 25 Reps Each
 Bench Press 4 Sets : 20 Kg (10 A Side) - 25 Reps, 30 Kg (15 A Side) - 25 Reps, 40 Kg (20 A Side) - 25 Reps, 50 Kg (25 A Side) - 15 Reps
 Cybex Seated Incline Chest Fly 4 Sets : 4 Kg - 25 Reps, 5 Kg - 25 Reps, 6 Kg - 20 Reps, 7 Kg - 15 Reps.
Seated Vertical Fly 4 Sets : 70 Lbs - 25 Reps x4
